People are always contacting me about this, so here are the requirements. Please only Apply if you meet them.

requirements:
Your site must be Anime related
Since we are currently getting lots of requests... you must get around 450 hits (exceptional)
A good, professial looking layout(some exception)
Good, original content written by your staff and not stolen from another site (you know who you are...) This can even override hits and layout.
Must have a 88x15 button
Must have my button/text link on your all your pages as I will put yours on mine
You must Update at least 4 times a week unless on Holiday
Must have a way for easier communication other than e-mail (AOL Instant Messanger or MSN )
NO linking to (leeching) other people's files
NO HENTAI OR PORN IN SITE(NO EXCEPTION)
Must have a webmaster who we like and doesn't steal
