Well, thanks to some hard work (and a bit of annoyance...), there has been a drastic change to the layout of Hooligan Online. Now, visitors can navigate the site in FRAMES!!! You heard me! Thanks to some help fron online HTML tutorials, we now have a new set up for the content of Hooligan Online! YESS!!!!!
