Welcome to Rosemont, California. An average coastal city. Like most cities, Rosemont is steeped in history and urban legend that spans centuries. Rosemont is a city with a proud martial arts tradition and the proof is in the form of the yearly fighting festival, the "Tournament of Warriors."
One fateful summer, during the ToW, a mystery contestant blew away the crowd as well as the competition. The resulting final bout was but the beginning of a new era in Rosemont.
This is where our story begins...
