Warrior:
Sanada Ryo is the "leader" of the Ronin Warriors. He is the first one to
appear in the anime series, walking nonchalantly down the street with his
white tiger and best friend, White Blaze. He's hot tempered and very impatient.
He rushes into things but it's always for the good of his friends. He's
willing to sacrifice himself for the others, like when he was fighting
Talpa for the first time and he couldn't bear to attack Talpa with his
friends inside and when at the end of the series when he let Talpa into
his armor to destroy him.
His Wildfire or Rekka armor draws its power from any heat source, but it
likes lava best. His jin is virtue which is JIN in Japanese as well. His
armor is red and it comes with two katanas or no-datchis (some discrepancies
there) which he uses for his special attack, 'Flare up Now!" or "So En
Zan (Double Flame Cut)." he connects the hilts of his swords together and
brings it vertically above his head. The blades extend into white beams
of energy which can slice through almost anything.
His partner in the hero business is his white tiger, White Blaze. White
Blaze was the partner and companion of the original Ancient One and he
led the Ancient to Ryo, choosing him as a Ronin Warrior. So White Blaze
is like over 1000 years old, too.
Ryo is extra special because he gets two armors! He received the Inferno
or Kikotei armor in Episode 19 in his first major battle against Talpa.
The Inferno armor is created by absorbing the powers from the other four
Ronin armors but it works just as well from absorbing powers from the warlords.
It was created by taking power from the warlords in Episode 32 when Lady
kayura pissed them off and armor helped Ryo. The Inferno is supposedly
the strongest Ronin armor. In Ronin Warriors, "Hariel" was created as the
original bearer of White Inferno but in Yoroiden Samurai Troopers, Hariel
does not exist. A Black Inferno or Kikotei armor existed in Africa but
that's going on in the OAVS..
