Sadly, Barkley was diagnosed with histiocytic sarcoma in November "He went through 2 rounds of CCNU and initially we had great results. The tumor on his leg and in his abdomen shrunk to the point that they were barely detectable. A rare side effect of CCNU is liver toxicity and unfortunately it effected Barkley, he got very sick. The vet oncologist did a needle aspirate of his liver and we are waiting on pins and needles for the results" Are thoughts and prayers ar with this very brave Berner
