Summer Fundraiser
(BARC, Bernese Auction Rescue Coalition) Results of this Fundraiser <click here> BARC, Inc. is a non-profit corporation dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating Bernese Mountain Dogs from dog brokers, dog auctions, puppy mills, and any other dangerous, exploitative or abusive situation. BARC. places these dogs in loving pet homes as spayed or neutered companions. As you know, rescue is very expensive. But doing nothing is even more costly! Through your generous donations they are able to pay for such things as routine and emergency veterinary care, including expenses for spaying, neutering, vaccination, emergency health care for critically ill or undernourished puppies and pregnant bitches, and, when genetic disease is suspected, the cost of testing and documenting it. The 2005 BARC Summer Fundraiser Dates: This fundraiser was interrupted due to Hurricanes Katrina and Rita and will now run through to November 25th with the drawing taking place on the 30th of November. Tickets Tier 1: Tickets are $5 each ~ 6 for $20 ~ 20 for $50 Tier 2: Tickets are $1 each ~ 6 for $5 ~ 30 for $20 Make the checks payable to "BARC" and write 2005 BARC Summer Fundraiser on the memo line. Please include your name, address, phone number and e-mail address. Be sure to include a note telling Joye how to distribute your tickets into the Tier One and Tier Two envelopes for the drawing.
