Fan Art Contest!
Icy Swirls has decided to have a Fan Art Contest! The theme is to make an original sailor uniform for my otaku senshi! She has medium brown hair, is tall, and has hazel eyes! You can make up the colors and stance! Also, include any items or staff type things you want!
Prize: It will be a surprise!
Deadline: Extended it till i have at least 5 entries!
Some rules for you:
*no hentai
*try not to make it black and white (it will be allowed under some circumstances)
*no bmps please
*no tracing
*can use colored pencils, markers, watercolor, chalks, and computer if it isn't just putting different colors into anothers work
