Kaioshin's Bio

Life:

Kaioshin is the last remain "higher god." Just like the Kais, there were 4 Kaioshins (North, South, East, & West) and then a sort of Grand Kaioshin, known as Dai Kaioshin. The Kaioshin at hand here is East Kaioshin, ruler of the East Universe. Many, many, many years ago, a wizard named Bibidi unleased a creation of his own known as Majin Buu. Majin Buu basically destroyed everything and everyone on Planet Kaioshin (Kaioshinkai). He killed North, South, and West Kaioshin. Just as he was about to give the last blow to East Kaioshin, Dai Kaioshin jumped in front of him, saving his life. Therefore, Buu absorbed Dai Kaioshin. Because Dai Kaioshin was a kind man, Buu became "sort of" kind himself. He decided to leave East Kaioshin alone and he left with Bibidi. So though he was really hurt, East Kaioshin survived.

Now, 7 years after the Cell Games, another World Martial Arts Tournament was taking place. All of the Z fighters were entering (including Goku). After the gang had finished eating at the tournament restuarant, they were confronted by a two strangers. One was very tall with white hair brushed back, and the other was short with a white mohawk. Goku noticed that the shorter of the two was not standing on the ground, he was floating a couple of inches off it. The short purple man hovered over to Goku, asking if he was Goku, saying that he was looking forward to fight Goku, and shook hands with the Saiyan. After that, he bowed and left, not telling anyone his name.

Eventually, Kaioshin reveals who he is (actually Piccolo does) and everyone's shocked. When Majin Spopovitch and Majin Yamu attack Gohan, Kaioshin sort of temporarily paralized him (hehe-go Kaio-sama!). After the Majins absorb Gohan's energy, Kaioshin takes off to follow them. Later the others follow, and Kibito, Kaioshin's bodyguard (the tall one with the white hair incase you were wonderin) heals Gohan.

As they're flying to the Majin's hideout, the god tells the Z fighters about a wizard known as Bibidi and how he used a creation known as Buu to destroy planets. Then he says that Bibidi's son Babidi has returned to follow his father's footsteps, and the Earth was intended to be the next target. So the all find the hideout, and watch as Gohan's energy is handed over to a short little green guy (he's so weird looking). Kaioshin notices a man named Dabura is with Babidi, (he looks like the devil-seriously). Soon, Babidi goes back into his hideout and Dabura sort of attacks the Z fighters. He first blows up Kibito...which devestated Kaioshin. Then he turned Piccolo and Krillin to stone and took off. Kaioshin was all shook up, but he, Vegeta, Goku, and the brat...I mean Gohan entered the hideout. While Vegeta and Goku fought, Kaioshin couldn't believe the power they possessed.

Later, Dabura fights Gohan and all, and they find that Vegeta is the one who can release Majin Buu. So they take Vegeta over and stuff (I'm making a long story short...) he becomes a Majin and they all return the tournament ring. Vegeta wants Goku to fight him, but Kaioshin tells Goku "you'll have to kill me first if you want to fight that badly." Goku does something and Kaioshin steps aside, knowing he's no match for the Saiyan. While those two are fighting, Kaioshin and Gohan go back to the Majin hideout so they might destroy the egg Buu is in. They get there, Buu is about to be released, but instead of a strong fighter, a bunch of pink dust comes out of the egg. Kaioshin happily laughs, and Babidi is like crying. Then the dust takes form and turns into a fat Majin Buu. Now Kaioshin is crying (is worst nightmare is coming true again) and Babidi is happily laughing.

Basically after Buu is released, Kaioshin fights him, but unfortunately suffers a deja-vu...meaning he gets the crap beaten out of him again. He falls unconcious, Gohan fights, and he goes down.

To be perfectly honest, I don't know how Kaioshin is healed, but eventually he takes Gohan and Goku to his home planet, Planet Kaioshin or Kaioshinkai...whatever you want to call it (this is after Vegeta kills himself). Kaioshin wants to train Gohan because he's the only one who could defeat Buu. Gohan trys to pull out the Zet (Zed) sword, somehow he breaks it (dumb @$$). But that releases a very old Kaioshin-15 generations before our Kaioshin here..so yeah-he's old. Don't know what happens for a while after that, but Rou Kaioshin (the old guy) starts explaining the Patora earrings, which every Kaioshin wore. Our East Kaioshin has worn these his whole life, but never knew what they were for. Now he knows that they're for fusing so he wants to try them out. He gives one to Kibito (oh yeah...he comes back...don't know how) and the two fuse :-(

Now Kaioshin is tall, and has Kibito's brushed back white hair. He wears the same thing Kibito was wearing too. However, the fused form still sounds and acts the same as East Kaioshin. Now Rou Kaioshin tells them that the fusion is permanent (~_~) so Kaioshin is stuck like that for the rest of his life. Anyway, he gives the earrings to Goku who wants to fuse with Gohan, but Gohan went and got himself absorbed by Buu, so he finally fuses with Vegeta who takes his 24 hours from the afterlife. (Confusing, huh? @_@) I haven't seen these episodes, only read a couple of summaries, so I don't know what Kaioshin does for the rest of DragonBall Z.

But that's not the last of him! He appears again in DragonBall GT!! I haven't read anything about GT, so I don't know what happens. All I know is that someone (I don't even know who) comes and turns everyone on Earth evil. Even Dende and Mr. Popo are bad. But, Kaioshin comes and saves the day! He comes to Kame's lookout and gets some kind of sacred water. He takes his life in his hands doing this, but is able to free Dende, Mr. Popo, Trunks and a whole bunch of other people. SOOOOO thanks to Kaioshin...he saves Earth ^_^

Afterlife:

Hahaha! Kaioshin doesn't have one because he never dies!!! Go Kaioshin, go Kaioshin! Sorry...hehe.
