SAKURA

Episode 7: Water and Thunder

Threw the Eye’s of Sakura

Blue ripples break the ever quite. I open my eye’s and see water around me. “Where am I?” I ask myself. The water is only an inch high, but is around my feet, without touching my feet. Suddenly, lightning strikes the water, and thunders physical form stood on the water. “Huh?” I said. Suddenly water poured in from every direction and I was under the water. I looked around and saw Thunder heading straight for me.

My eye’s opened slowly. It was just the break of dawn when I had woken up. I rubbed the sleep from my eyes, yawned, then stretched. It was finally summer. There wasn’t a test for three days so far since the dance. Kero was still asleep.

I sat there thinking about the dream. Water, and the thunder card. What did it mean? I thought it over some more, before I got dressed and headed down stairs. My dad and brother weren’t up yet. So I decided to start breakfast. I turned on the stove, heated the pan and began to make breakfast.

It was noon when I left the house. My dad was happy about me making breakfast and giving him a break, while my brother pondered what I was doing up so early. Well I got on my skates and headed for town. I was going to meet Madison. I skated away, with Kero watching me in my room, waiting for my brother and dad to leave so he could play his video game

I rode my usual route that I took to town. Suddenly I felt an energy sensation rush threw me. I stopped and looked around. The energy was slowly fading away. “That was strange.” Then I continued my way into town.

“Hey Sakura.” Said Madison greeting me. “Hey Madison.” I said back. Suddenly. The energy sensation came back. “What’s wrong Sakura?” Madison asked. “I sense a clow card.” I said. “Another test.” I nodded.

Suddenly I heard a dripping sound. I turned to face it and saw a trickle of water flowing down the side of a sign. I watched it intently. “Sakura?” Madison said. “Water.” I said. Suddenly, a big stream of water broke from a window on a building high above us. The people screamed and ran away from the water. More windows broke and many streams where pouring onto the street. When there was nobody left I took out my staff, summoned jump, and grabbed Madison and jumped onto the top of a building.

Window after window broke as water gushed down onto the street, and the streets began to quickly flood. “This is the water card.” I said. “I can tell.” Madison said. I raised the jump card then the staff, then said, “Jump card, reveal your power within! Jump Card! Release and Dispel!”

Suddenly tiny little pink wings popped up on my feet. I ran, then I jumped across to the other building. All of a sudden, dark clouds formed over our heads, and lightning bolt stroke the water and it spread all over the water. “This is Ken’s doing.” Said a sudden voice behind me. “Li!” I said turning around to find him. “I kind of figured that out.” I said to him. Then he walked over to the edge of the building and pointed to the lightning. “That’s the thunder card.”

I nodded my head. “This happened in my dream this morning.” I said to him. “So you know how to stop him?” Li asked. “I know how to stop the water.” I showed him the freeze card. “Well hurry up.” Li said to me. I threw up the freeze card the raised the staff. “Freeze card! Release the power within! Freeze card! Release and dispel!”

Suddenly, the giant monster that was the freeze card flew out of the card and landed in the water causing it to freeze all over. I saw the lightning stop spreading. When it did, it gathered into one place and formed the physical body that was the thunder card. Li raised his sword, then a piece of paper. He hit the side of his sword on the paper and said, “Lightning!” A bolt of lightning comes down and strikes the thunder card.

Suddenly the thunder card was racing and jumping over the ice running from Li’s lightning attacks. “Your turn Sakura.” Li said. “Right!” I said then began to run and jump after the thunder card. Ken hasn’t given me a card limit in this test.” I thought to myself. As I ran I thought of how to catch the thunder card. I didn’t have shadow. So how. Suddenly it struck me

He came in on a cloud right, so if I trap him in a cloud, I can seal him! I took out the cloud card, and as I ran and jumped each building, I threw the card far in front of me, pointed the staff in front of me and said, “Clow card! Reveal your power within! Star card!” The card reached the staff as I ended the sentence The card turned pink when suddenly a giant ice burg sprouted in front of the thunder card. I stopped and saw the thunder card hit and bounce off the iceberg. I began to struggle to get back up. “Cloud card! Release!” Suddenly the cloud true form shot out of the card and wrapped around the thunder card. The thunder card fought hard not to be caught inside the cloud

But the card failed and it entered the cloud. I jumped down on the ice and stood in front of the cloud card. “Cloud card, dispel! Thunder card, water card! Return to your power confined!”

Everything swirled and spun in the strong winds. Ice disappeared and hurled into a card, water poured in from every direction, and lightning also struck the glowing card forms. When it was done, I was standing three story’s high in the sky. I looked around expecting Li to save me, but he was no where in site, neither was Madison.

I began to plummet to the ground, thinking this was the end. Nothing could save me from this fall. I closed my eye’s, and fell asleep, from using so much magic.
