Chapter 9

The Legend about Beast of the Dark

~ Sakura's Dream ~                

Sakura was walking thru the park. She hears something behind her and jumps into the tree.

Sakura "Shield."

Akum was walking next to two people. One covered with a red cloak and the other with a blue.

Sakura "Who are they?"

The three were talking to each other.

"Akum you should be aware about the Card Mistress and that wizard," says the one in red.

"Yes including the person who is the recantation of Clow Reed"

The person in the blue cloak replies.

"Take our advice and kill them one by one."

Akum "Starting with the Wizard, then the recantation of Clow Reed and last the Card Mistress."

"But remember when the Beast of the Dark comes we must capture it." The red-cloaked person said.

A black-cloaked person with a sword on his back and a staff with a metal flame that was black and gray appeared.

"The Beast of the dark is the most dangerous and hardest creature to control.

So you better know what you're going to deal with later on." He says.

Blue-cloaked person. "Lets go back to the castle."

Red "We don't want anyone listening to our plans."

They disappear. Sakura goes down from the tree. Wolves howl and tigers roar.

Pain goes all over her body and the background turns red. She falls to the ground.

Sakura "I can't take it anymore!"

Sakura holds her head because of the pain.

The pain takes over. Sakura looks at her hands. Slowly they turn into paws with claws.

Sakura "NO!!!"

Her magic circle was black and the scar from her arm lets out a beam to the moon. Suddenly the moon turns red and shoots a beam at Sakura. It covers her up and grows. A beast burst open from the beam. It roars in front of the red moon. When it opens its crimson eyes it hits the ground. The parks stone floor splits and trees fall. Out of nowhere a snake came out, coiled itself around the beasts neck and starts to suffocate it. 

Sakura wakes up breathing hard.

Madison "Sakura!"

Madison jumps on Sakura hugging her.

Madison "Your ok!"

Li "About time."

Sakura "Oh yeah, Li while I as asleep I saw three people talking with Akum."

Yue "And who are they?"

Sakura "I'm not exactly sure One had a red cloak. The other had a blue cloak and the last person had a black cloak with a sword behind him and a black staff and a metal flame above it."

Li "Sakura. What were they talking about?"

Sakura "They were talking about this creature called. The beast of the dark."

Kero "The beast of the dark?  Oh no."

Eli "Hello Sakura."

Sakura "Eli! You're here!"

She gets up and hugs him for just a sec. Li turns his head away.

Eli "I came here to answer some of your questions and help out with your battles. Except I don't have visions like you two or my old form Clow Reed. So you two are the keys to unraveling the future."

Li "So do you know anything about the beast of the dark?"

Eli "Yes, it is the most powerful creature in the world and it only appears at night but not on a new moon."

Li "Is there a chance we can find it by day?"

Eli "Probably."

Ruby moon and Spinner sun appears.

Spinner Sun "But it could be here in the city. As a person."

Sakura jumps back.

Ruby Moon "It could be anyone."

Eli "That's true. The person that has the black scar of darkness is the beast."

Li "And if we find them. Then what?"

Eli "I'm not sure yet. However we need to find that person."

Author's note Wow! That was the shortest chapter ever created. Don't worry the next chapter will be very long. But will Sakura tell them her secret?
