Double Trouble.

(Nabiki has been kidnapped by Xian Pu, Akane and Ukyou. Akane
and Xian Pu have been 'rescued' by Ryouga and Mu Tsu. Ranma
is left opposing Khu Lon and Ukyou)

Ranma: Khu Lon, release Nabiki at once.

Khu Lon: No.

Ranma: Where is your honour? You are
no amazon, old ghoul.

(Cologne goes to thwap him and gets  thrown by Ranma . He
then jumps out of the way of a giant spatula.)

Khu Lon: Even against me alone you are outmatched. Surrender.

Ranma(defiant) Never.

(Ranma catches some spatulas and uses them to pin Ukyou to
the wall while he once again tries to deal with Khu Lon.
Unnoticed in all the fighting we see Nabiki is studying the
lock.)

Nabiki:*Sometimes I wish I had longer hair. That way I could
hide a hairpin in it. It's a pity they got Mu Tsu to search
me. He virtually stripped me naked. Wait a sec, my finance
report is still there with a paperclip!*

(Nabiki pulls out the paperclip and straightens it and then
starts working on the lock. Ukyou has now freed herself and
is attacking Ranma from behind.)

Ranma:(throwing Ukyou at Cologne) Sorry Uc-chan.

(Cologne catches Ukyou and throws her straight back Ranma.
Ranma ducks. Ukyou lands down. They attack from two sides.
However a vase smashes on Ukyou head from behind and she
slumps down.)

Nabiki: Ukyou, you always did underestimate me.

Khu Lon: (parrying Ranma) I will not though, Nabiki.

Ranma: Go, I'll hold the old ghoul.

(This time Khu Lon holds herself back. She smiles a grin
which makes Nabiki's usual smile seem true. )

Khu Lon: According to Amazon Laws, I have to kill Nabiki
because she beat me.

Ranma: The marriage laws don't apply to you though. And I
only got advice from Nabiki.

Khu Lon: Nabiki attempted to blackmail me.

Ranma: Ah, yes. I found that out. I put the a copy of the
tape in the post.

Khu Lon: You're bluffing.

Ranma: I probably am, but can you risk that?

Khu Lon: This is not over yet Ranma. Remember that. Watch
your back. You will pay for this outrage.

(Khu-Lon leaves. Nabiki and Ranma then leave and head
towards home.)

Nabiki: Is it always like this?

Ranma: No, usually it's worse.

Nabiki: I hope no-one tries to kidnap me again.

Ranma: That's probably all it will be. I just hope the
photo's haven't got back to....

Nabiki: (terrible dread)Your mother.

Ranma:(missing it completely) How did you know?

Nabiki: Easy, she's in the doorway waving her katana.

(Ranma looks and find Nabiki is right. Nodoka is
in the doorway  waving her katana menacingly.)

Nodoka: Ranma, what have you got to say for
yourself?

Ranma: Umm, err. I shouldn't have betrayed Akane
but Nabiki and I got carried away.

Nodoka: It's getting carried away I'm concerned about, not
betraying your fiancee. You had sex as a woman. That is
unmanly.

Ranma:Umm, err, I prefer being a man, Mom

Nabiki:(cold determination) Nodoka. It was that or not have
women hanging around him. We did not expect to get caught on
camera. What if I had got pregnant. Especially since Ranma
cannot use any from of protection with his curse? Secondly
Ranma is manly, the only person who says he isn't is you.
What are you hiding Nodoka? Genma's engagements make sense
once I factor in your beliefs about what a man is. So what
sin did YOU commit?

Ranma:You're insulting Mum.

Nabiki: Maybe, but I want you alive. So we can keep our
agreement.
