Why no bloody feedback?! Does everyone hate me? I'm pretty sure other people get feedback, on a slightly regular basis. Me? None. I don't like it. Now, I wouldn't say I'm a feedback whore or anything like that, but I do like the occasional pat on the back/flame into oblivion/"you rock my world" message. ::sulk:: Oh, and J.K. Redid the links page. The cutesy little descriptions were starting to get to me. Also I was bored. I seem to do most of my work on this site when I'm bored. And I am never working on a Mac ever again. I do not understand the appeal of those horrible machines. Yick. Also just changed the alignment of text on the blog page. New fic on the misc page: San Tropez, in the Invisible Man fandom. While I was at it, I made some slight, but more asthetically pleasing, formatting changes to the rest of the misc fics. Ugh. Version 3 is finally up and mostly finished. I could still tweak the Omake and Bishonen pages, but I honestly don't really care that much about them. But I really should update the links. ... Eh, screw that. I'm sick of code. All this updating has bored me, and I'm ready to go back to schoolwork now. I couldn't even think of a bish, that's how much this update has fried my brain. Finally did the update of the image gallery. I had been lazy for far too long. However, I'm going to have to skim the images that I have for the GW section, because otherwise there're just going to be way too many images. Too much work ... ::choke:: Attempting to finish the Fushigi Yugi section at the moment. Wondering if I should put up a Due South section. Mmm ... Ray ... Fraser ... Must change image and layout of blog. Is blecky. Also must figure out whether to change my name here. I don't feel very Tamashii-ish anymore. Ja ne. Let me once again state my utter adoration of and obsession with Michael Rosenbaum. Mm, Sexy Lexy ... that boy makes bald look hot. Rrrowr. To quote Hope, "Yes, I am a Rosenho." Anyways, I tweaked the index page a bit, so that the images don't overlap quite so horribly when you downsize the page, and the table border is gone. Also, there are new fics up - Mellow Candle on the Wei?Kreuz page, and Tumbling Down and Via Negativa in the Miscellaneous section. I need to write more Smallville fics so I can give it a section all to itself with pretty sidebar pictures. Again, rrowr. Since AnimeMail suddenly decided to be a whore and charge for its services, my account there has been canceled. Therefore, you may all now reach me at nanaopocky@hotmail.com. Since my first choice of "subtext" (from my favorite Te SV fic) was already taken, I combined my favorite Japanese snack with the Japanese town I did my home-stay program in. Changed the layout of the Gundam Wing fics page ... basically just made a new sidebar graphic and tweaked the color scheme, but I think it looks a lot better. Also upgraded (heh) the sidebar graphic on the X/1999 page. Instead of just plain ol' BlueFuuma, it's now BlueFuumaAndSakuraBlossoms! ::swats at Seishirou:: Come out, you horrible boy! ::Seishirou skips away, flinging handfuls of sakura blossoms into the air while crying "Sakura! Sakura for everyone!":: ::sweatdrops:: Wow ... No Japanese class tomorrow ... ::celebrates:: So my first class isn't until 12:00. Luxury ... Also, I just got my paws on issue #21 of CardCaptor Sakura today, and was pleasantly surprised by the yuri-wonderfulness of the Light and Dark Cards. Dear godlings, this page is taking over my life! I can't stop working on it ... ::desolate whimper:: And I need to do my homework! And eat! Updated the fic listings page, finally. I finished up the HTML on the train ride home on Friday, and uploaded it when I walked in the door. No, I'm not single-minded . . . And it has Javascript! Mwahahahaha! Or at least I think it's Javascript . . . I'm actually not quite sure. It's a cool effect, whatever it is. I put it on this page, too. It highlights the links in a different color when the mouse gets near them . . . I suck at explaining things. It's beany. That's it. ::kicks the explanation:: Added 'Bish of the Moment' to the blog, just on a mad whim. Another whim - try saying 'Mad Madam Mim' five times fast . . . Ha! I finally figured out what to do between classes . . . work on the site. ::nodnod:: I revamped the warning page, and changed the fonts and email links on the main page, all in the hour between Japanese and Women's Studies. Go me. There might be a problem with one of the email links on the main page, though, so I'll have to check that later. I started a new version of the fic listings page at 4:00 in the morning, as I am the world's greatest insomniac. It actually doesn't look that bad, but it's going to take a while just to transfer all the links to the new layout. I'll work on that later. Now, I need to scoot or I'll be late to class. Ja! Finished changing the layout of the fics. In the process, I realized that I have two not-so-new things to upload - "Anata no me no naka de . . . Kanpeki", a Wei?Kreuz fic, and "Dreams of You", a poem I wrote ages ago and forgot to post. The only thing is, I don't really like either of them . . . but they must be shared, I s'pose. Changed the layout of the fic pages, through confessions.html. I was getting kind of sick of having such colorful pages, so I changed the font color to nice, boring white and changed the fonts to something a little bit more aesthetically pleasing to me. ^_^ I still have to change the email links on the main page, but it's 4:45 in the morning, so it can wait 'til tomorrow. Completely revamped the title graphic on the index page. It was just getting embarrassing. ::shudder:: Also, changed the name of the, as yet still imaginary, production company from "Angel's Heart" to "Tenshi no Kokoro". Deleted the opening "conversation" with Heero and Duo. Added news about X/1999 dvd to AnimeNews page. TOD and FF.net are still on the fritz, to my undying irritation. Decided to have a blog, seeing as I actually seem to be Doing Things to the site now. Let's see how long that lasts. Pfft. Added AnimeMail to the site. Because my AOSmell account isn't working at the moment, and I'm too lazy/busy to reinstall the software, I set up a new account for myself: twinkling_sakura@crystal-tokyo.com. I have yet to change the email address links on the main page. Also updated the Far Off Dawn Webring navbar to HTML format, with the new information. Registered with the new webring supporter, whatever that is - I wasn't really paying attention. I probably have it bookmarked somewhere, I'll check later. |
