Touya Sakura's brother is your typical older brother. He picks on his little sister constantly but always protects her, not to mention beat up any boy who dare trys to kiss his little sister. In the japanese version he has many odd jobs leading to many humerous outcomes which is seriously lacking in the american version. He seems kinda gay and I think he and Yukito may have a relationship together.
