The best part about super-speed is that you can, usually, get away with anything if you’re sneaky enough and time it right. So Bart waits for it, and when Kon is standing next to Tim, he makes his move.

It seems like hours latter (and in this case, relative time is a *good* thing) when Tim tenses and smacks Kon upside the head.

"Hey! What the hell was that for?!"

Tim just levels a *look*.

"No, really, what?"

Tim’s domino mask just narrows in that way that really should not be possible. He lowers his voice, and Bart has to strain to hear. "I don’t mind it when you talk about doing it to girls, but I don’t appreciate you groping me in public, Kon."
