Chibi-Chibi first appears in Sailor Moon Stars. She falls from
the sky, much like Rini did in Sailor Moon R, with an umbrella
in her hand. No one knows who she is or where she came from. She is
3 to 4 years old, and she often says the words, "chibi chibi, chibi
chibi...". Rumour has it that Chibi Chibi is Sailor Moon's future self
as Sailor Cosmos. ( In the manga, Chibi-Chibi is Sailor Cosmos.
The pure and ultimate form of Sailor Moon. Far into the future, Sailor
Cosmos must battle Chaos. She becomes afraid that she isn't
strong enough to beat him so she sends herself back into the past
to get Eternal Sailor Moon to help her. Cosmos believes that
Eternal Moon can defeat Chaos. However, she is accidentily
transformed into Chibi-Chibi when she goes back.
In the anime, Chibi-Chibi is Galaxia's Star Seed. Galaxia,
when she was good, took Chaos into herself to keep it
contained. She sent her Star Seed (Chibi-Chibi) out as a
"Light of Hope"
