Watery is an element card that's hard to track. Unfortunatly for Sakura, it's only the third card that she went up against, but it turned out successful. Water is one of the four main elemental cards that are more powerful than normal cards and are hard to sense. It is also one of the cards that Kero needs to become his origional forms.

Watery is an attack card. Watery uses her powers of water to not only attack but to offer other services like restraining and creating bubbles.
