The time card is a powerful and mysterious spirit whom takes the shape of an old man wielding a magical hourglass. Time has the ability to manipulate time however it pleases. Time used his power to make Sakura repeat the same day three times until Sakura outwitted it and captured it. Li however, recieved the card by contributing most of the effort to seal it. This is the first card that Li recieves in the series.

Time has the ability to alter time however the caster wants when summoned. Time's powers include speeding up time, slowing it down, repeating time or stopping it completely. Time is a powerful card, however...it's power can seriously drain a wizard's stamina. This has happened to Li more than once when he used it.
