Illusion is a mysterious spirit who can use his magic to create anything to fool others into believing what they're seeing. Sakura caught the card in episode 6, Taking the form of Sakura's deceased mother and almost killed her.

Illusion's power is to use its magic to create an illsion of whatever the caster wants. It could be a worst fear or a biggest desire of simply to fool someone into the illsuion.
