Nothing To Report

The episode opens at Sakura's house. It was after the summer vacation to the beach and Kero looks it over. Kero deliberates it was in july and she's a month behind her work! She still has a whole mess of assignments left to do before school begins. Kero watches something and Sakura wants some newspapers for an assignment and they're gone. Aiden tells that the newspapers were taken out. Aiden gives her a device with weather data so she could do it.

Now she has math and Kero tells that it's a cinch. He volunteers to do her Math homework...for a price. Sakura uses her time to complete her shop assignment and Tori and heckles her and Julian asks about it and she tells that she's making a bird house. Tori helps her for another fee...five dinner duties.

Sakura and Madison chat on the phone about the book report and they agree to do it at the library next to penguin park. They go to the library and Sakura notices that the pool is closed. Kero's with her and reminds her that they were supposed to go to the library. They go to find the library packed and they find none other than Li Showron. Li hasn't done his homework and moves instantly when he sees the inferior card captor. Kero did some homework and came up with some...interesting answers.

Sakura decides to do her book on "Earl the hungry pig" which is VERY short. Madison shows Sakura her book she already did and find it nice and thick. The pig book was rented out and they find that one book is still here. Kero complains about his pastry problems while they look for the wayward book. Kero finds Li and asks him why he's having trouble and Li tells him to buzz off.

Sakura's still looking for it and Li and Kero begins to fight. Li had the pig book but it went for some unknown reason. (I SEE SOME JAPANESE! They're not hiding it as well as they used to!) Sakura and Kero converse about a book that was reading. Kero tells that the "brat" had it. Madison found it but it vanishes before she snatches it. Sakura checks the Kid's section and Li checks it too, not being too nice to the kid he was talking to. They find the book but it vanishes again and they find that it's the clow card. It pops up and vanishes and pops up and vanishes. Now the book vanishes with wings on it. The book pops up everywhere and they can't get to it. (What a pain in the butt!)

It appears outside and now they have to chase it. Sakura tells Li to wait and Kero deliberates it's the move card, a super annoying card that moves only little things. Madison tells that she should have brought her camera (One track mind...)

They continued to mess up getting it and Kero tells Sakura that she needs to sense its movements to catch it. Sakura meditates and clears her mind. Now she could sense it's directions and other movements but not the card itself, she suddenly sense it and summons her wand and seals it using her senses. The card gets sealed and it goes to her. She noticed that she awakened from meditation 3 cm away from the pond and she falls in. Li tries to save her but he falls in too!

Li offers that he can take her to his house since it's closest. Li lives in an apartment which they go into, Sakura changes into some different clothes and she officially meets Wei. Wei explains about Li and his Dad dying and having relatives over seas. Li finished the book and gives it to Sakura and notices the shirt, telling that it's... Suddenly the door opens, revealing Meilin!

KERO'S CORNER

Kero opens up and tells about the Move card and other card's personalities. That's pretty much it so he eats his pudding and wraps up another nice card captor episode.

Todd's Report

Todd Arcana's Rating:   4.0 / 5.0       ^_^

This episode was somewhat annoying. There was character development and some but not tons of action. The best part in my opinion was the grand entrance of our martial arts girl, Meilin.
