The Cloud Card
The cloud card looks like the rain card but they're different. Cloud is
a little less playful but it isn't aggressive. It attacked in episode 39
when Sakura was really sick, so sick she was totally bedridden. Li fought
it with his magic until Sakura rallyed enough strength to capture it. Meilin
helped her which is rare but Sakura is the only one who can seal the clow
cards so Meilin had no choice.
The cloud card does just what its called. It has the power to create
clouds in the sky for whatever purpose. To make fog might be useful but
I don't think it's that useful.
