Ruby is a new exchange student at Tori's
school. She's very clingy to him and acts quite hyper most of the time.
She also enjoys the fact that Julian doesn't know anything about her true
nature.
As both Ruby and Ruby Moon, she likes
to bug Spinner by calling him Spinny Baby and they get into some small
scuffles. Her true form is Ruby Moon which looks quite neat actually. She's
another who helps test Sakura in becoming the next Clow Card master.
