    Eli Moon was an exchange student from england who transferred to Reidenton Elementry just after Sakura became the master of the clow. He's very friendly and mild mannered but he has something to hide, he's actually a side of Clow Reed that tests Sakura's abilities and comes with Spinner Sun and Ruby Moon.
    Eli Moon seems to really like Sakura and Li's picked up on that. Li gets quite jealous when Sakura and Eli act all flirty and do stuff together. I just think it's to bring Sakura and Li together.
