Chelsea is a girl who's in Sakura's circle of friends but not featured enough to be a main character. Zachary is Chelsea's cousin and they're very close but Zachary likes to tell fibs and tall tales and she gets annoyed by that. Chelsea was a bigger figure in episode 5, Trouble at Twin Bells when a spirit haunts a stuffed panda that she likes. The spirit always ended up jumping back to the Twin Bells, owned by Maggie. Chelsea also is featured a bit in The Cave and Ice Breaker.
