Sakura
Sealing Wand: Sakura's tool is the sealing wand, a tool which comes with the clow book. When not used, it is the Key of Clow. She uses this full chant to bring her key into staff mode.
"Oh Key of Clow...power of magic...power of light...surrender the wand...the
force, ignite! Release!!"
Clow Cards: Sakura summons the clow cards by throwing the card into the air and hitting the image with the head of the sealing wand. She also tells the card what she wants it to do and then chanting:
"(Name) Card, release and dispel!!"
Sealing Clow Cards: Sakura is the one who sealed the clow cards each time they find one. She postitions her wand so that the card can be sucked into the clow card which appears when she says.
"Return to your power confined! (Name) Card!!"
Clow Card Vision: This power is one that Kero teaches Sakura and it has the power to tell the future through the power of the clow cards. She can also learn about her next card battle and the battle's nature.
"Ancient cards of clow...grant me a vision now...tell me if you may...who
is standing in my way!"
Li
Li's Sword Summon: Li has a pendant that's attached to his sword when summoned but he just keeps the pendant like Sakura keeps her key of clow. He summons the sword when he says:
"Force, know my plight; release the light!"
Lightning: Li's signature spell is fast, easy but not nearly as powerful as a clow card. He doesn't even need an ofuda to use it. He takes his sword and brings himself into a concentrating stance and chants.
"Force, know my plight; release the light! Lightning!!"
Elemental Ofuda: Li can use weak to moderate strength elemental magics by summoning them from an ofuda. The elements are all the elements the clow cards are but I've only seen him use fire and wind.
"Now element! ... Fire!!"
Lasan Board: Li also has the lasan board to help him and Sakura find the card that's causing trouble. It's also used to find cards owned by another captor.
Summon One: "Source of light with ancient spin, Send forth the magic power within, Oracles of gold, wood, fire, earth, clouds, wind, rain, and electricity...Force, know my plight; release the light!"
Summon Two: "Source of light with ancient spin, Send forth the magic power within, Force, know my plight; release the light!"
