The Arrow Card
The arrow card is a special spirit which is found not in the series, but
in the first Cardcaptors movie. Arrow take the form of a girl wielding
a bow and a quiver of arrows. In the movie, Arrow attacks the Cardcaptors
with flying arrows until they defeated her. I don't know what else happens
in the movie but Arrow is found here.
Arrow has the power to enchant the castor or any target the caster specifies
to become a perfect archer with infinate presision and dextarity.
