Heavyarms is probabaly the Gundam with the most ammo. Its not built for close-quarters battle. It was designed to attack from a distance. If youll notice, its lacking in speed. That would make a close fight difficult. If the suit runs out of missles then it has to resort to a small army knife but that usually doesnt happen. You also have to remember that Leo's are 100 in each ability. So Trowa has to rely on stratigy instead of strength.
