Sailor Uranus is one of the outer Senshi who protect the Solar System from evils that may try to enter it. She arrives with Sailor Neptune in search of the talismans and the messiah. She, like Sailor Neptune, is willing to die to fulfill her mission.Sailor Uranus always has a chip on her shoulder. This is partly because she never really wanted to be a Senshi in the first place, but by the end of Sailor S she lightens up. Due to her unwillingness to become a Senshi, she loves to run because it makes her feel as though she can out run her past and future. Sailor Uranus is Sailor Neptune’s lover. They are lesbians in the original anime and manga, but we’re portrayed as cousins in the North American version so as to not confuse younger viewers.
