Chibi Chibi is the small mysterious girl who arrives on an umbrella. She follows Usagi home, and the Tsukino family believes she is family (much like Chibi-Usa). Chibi Chibi can't really talk, she just says "chibi chibi". She transforms into a Sailor Senshi when she touches Eternal Sailor Moon's Tier. She is known as "Sailor Chibi Chibi".
| In the last episode, we are informed that Chibi Chibi is actually Galaxia's star seed. Galaxia put all her hope into her star seed and released it into the galaxy before she captured Chaos. Galaxia's star seed reached Usagi, and Usagi took Chibi Chibi in. Chibi Chibi contains the only thing that can defeat Galaxia: Galaxia's Hope. At the end of the episode, Chibi Chibi disappears. |
