History: Silver Millennium- Princess Isabelle lived a happy life in the kingdom of Celestia, a small planet on the edge of the galaxy (known today as planet x ). Celestia was a peaceful and quiet planet. Isabella was the pride of her people, she was beautiful, graceful, and kind. And she loved her people as much as they loved her. When the negaverse began trying to take over the galaxy this planet was attacked as well. The leader of the group sent to conquer the planet had a dream that a young girl would defeat him. And when his spies found that girl in the palace garden he knew he had to get rid of her so he invaded the palace and killed the royal family. Ordin the wizard knew of Isabelle’s powers and sent her to earth to be reborn so one day she could become Sailor Angelica.
On earth- Isabelle was an orphan. When she was 4 she was adopted by Andrew & Victoria Mcbane. When she was 8 she found a silver locket with a pretty crystal in it she put it on and she never took it off . On her 15th birth day she went for a walk in the park and found a silver kitten with a strange heart shaped mark on its forehead to her great surprise it could talk! His name was Odin she found out the crystal in her locket was none other than the Celestial Crystal and if she held it up and shouted Celestial Crystal Power, she could transform into Sailor Angelica one of the Sailor Scouts and that it was her destiny to fight against the evil Negaverse. One day she will find the man who killed her parents and defeat him, but till then she will try to fight for Justice and be a teenager all at once and have fun doing it.
Powers:
“Celestial Crystal Power!”- she transforms
“Angelic Crystal Hallucination!”- a rainbow beam shoots from her crystal and surrounds her opponent causing them to become dizzy
“Divine Wind Slam!”-(usually follows the above) she flies upwards and spins around and a small tornado appears in her hands she shoots it at her opponent and it hits them hard
“Sole Beam Blast!”- She cups her hands and forms a beam of white light she holds her hands above her head and blasts it at her opponent (this attack takes almost all of her energy and she is very weak after it)
Weakness: petrified of fire
Appearance: normal- a thin girl with long Auburn hair and light blue eyes. She has very pale skin causing her eyes to stand out.

Sailor Angelica- she had feathery white Angel wings.
Fuku- white with a pale blue skirt, collar, and choker. Her choker has a silver heart with wings on it. the bow on the front is a pale pink as is the one on the back. She had a silver tiara with a white crystal.
Extra info:
When the Celestial Crystal landed on earth it broke in two the Celestial light crystal and the eternal dark crystal. The C.L. crystal transforms her into Sailor Angel and the E.D. crystal changes her into Dark Angel who ever wears the dark crystal locket controls Dark Angel
