Sailor Neptune!

Sailor Neptune first appeared in Sailor Moon S, and is the partner of Sailor Uranus. They are originally lovers, but to avoid angry moms, America dubbed the episodes with Michelle and Amara as "cousins". Michelle, or Michiru, is a famous violinist and painter and has made a name of herself. She is usually calm and collective but is also very loyal to her goals. As Sailor Neptune, she thinks about her actions before attacking making her intellect a strong asset for her. Even though she is usually serious, she is more laid back when she's just plain Michelle. Her tailsman is the submarine mirror and it was extracted from her body by Eudial. Michelle uses it to look into and see certain people and places.
