Chapter 8 

Spaceship...
"ARES!" Cronus stormed onto the ship. She dragged her scythe behind her, it scraped the metallic floor, making a noise worse than fingernails across the blackboard. She mumbled under her breath in a foreign language.
Sailor Ares came out of a room, her sword was in a scabbard by her side and her shield was on her back. She gave her comrade the evil eye as she walked over to Cronus.
"Quiet! Poseidon is sleeping. Do you want to wake the little brat up?" Ares whispered loudly.
"Well how would you feel if you were just beaten up by your dumb sister and her smart-aleck look alike?"
"At least you found your idiot senshi. I'm still trying to find Sailor Mars."
"Isn't she the scout that wears red?" Cronus questioned.
"Well Mars is the red planet, so what do you think?" Ares yelled.
"Remember, be quiet, the little brat is sleeping."
"Ha ha, so what! Where is she?"
"Who? Mars?"
"Who else you wanna be Time Keeper?"
"The place where I was. You will sense her firepower when you're close." Cronus walked away still dragging her Scythe.
Ares stood blankly for a moment and then got an evil grin on her face, she then disappeared into a purple shadow. A door opened down the hall and Poseidon opened the door. She had heard the entire conversation, so the "little brat" straightened her serafuku and tiara, she disappeared in her own aqua shadow to follow Sailor Ares.

Tomoe Mansion... 
As soon as our new "ally" left, everyone began to look at me. I put my face in my hands and shook my head. There was going to be a lot of explaining to do, I just hoped they didn't expect me to tell them that I was the Guardian.
"Okay, Sirius spill it!" Mars was the verge of strangling me, but Haruka and Jupiter held her back. Haukra gave me a curious look and then exchanged a look between herself and Michiru.
"Look Sirius all we want to know is why Sailor Chaos didn't attack us," Michiru said gently.
"Chaos already said that she can control her power, but it sometimes gets away from her like the battle with my mother."
"Just to clarify this one thing, Selene's senshi were never reborn?" Saturn questioned.
"Exactly. They left before Beryl destroyed them. The only reason they want revenge is for something that you guys did to them in the past. Or maybe the Chaos in their starseeds has created false memories they have nursed for one thousand years." The words rattled off my tongue to fast for my friends to understand.
"Japanese, Sirius," Jupiter said. 
"They want revenge for a good reason or they just want something to do. Is that easy enough?"
"YES!" everyone yelled. 
I just shook my head, it was already dusk and soon there would be no time to get any rest before the battle, Serena would have a problem, but not the others. I just needed to figure out a plan while Mercury was distracting the "Evil" Senshi. Instead of a super plan I only thought of reasons to kill the counterparts.
"Earth to Sirius. Earth to Sirius," Haukra was waving her hand in front of my face.
"That is exactly 7 light years give or take a few."
"SIRIUS!"
"WHAT?!" I jumped out of my zone and looked around.
"You zoned out again," Michiru smiled.
"I was trying to figure out a plan. It is not a good idea just to attack at dawn without a battle strategy. I just my mind was working right."
I snapped my finger and Computer appeared before me.
"Is my assistance required, Sailor Sirius?" Computer said in its digital voice.
My hands flew across Computer's keys. "If you would like me to formulate plan, please leave me alone. I need time to think." 
Slowly everyone backed away from me and to prove they would leave me alone everyone detransformed and left me in the crater that once was the Tomoe backyard. 

South side of Tokyo...
Kunzite ran over to his past lover, gently he picked her up and his arms. 
"Mina? Mina are you alright?" Malachite took off his cape and wrapped it around the unconscious princess. He looked her over as she laid in his arms and realized that she had changed so much from the princess that was once his lover on Venus during the Silver Millennium. He noticed her hair was a shade darker and her skin was more tan. Either way he knew it was his love and old enemy from a few years past, when he was on the side of evil.
Mina slowly opened her eyes it took her awhile to focus. When she could see properly, she saw the last general of the Negaverse, Kunzite. She realized that her serafuku had changed into an evening gown, which brought back memories of long ago. The cape fell off her as she tried to escape Kunzite's grasp. 
But her feet got tangled in the cloak and she fell flat on her face. The tiara fell from her head and rolled onto the concrete roof. He walked over and picked it, he held it up to the setting sun.
"You know this was your mother's. She gave it to you to wear at a ball the night I was captured."
"Why did you go to the Negaverse?" Venus was getting a little curious.
"Basically there were only two choices. I could both die and never see you again or fill my great lust for power that I didn't even know existed within my soul."
"What do you want from me?" Mina clutched the cape closer to her as if it had some kind of special force to protect her from her past love.
"Just see that you are happy."
"What would make me happy, is if you would go away!"
"As you wish your highness," He walked over to Mina and kneeled down to where she sat and gently placed the tiara on her forehead. "Maybe one day you will see that I'm not evil anymore." 
As Kunzite began to walk away, Mina slowly raised her hand to the tiara; it was still warm from his touch. She quickly glanced over to where Kunzite was, but he was no longer there.
"Wait!" A mist began to form a body and he appeared once more.
"Yes, Sailor Venus?" He said with an annoyed tone.
"Are you telling the truth?"
"I can't say would I ever lie to you, but I swear on my Heart Crystal its true." 
"Then I believe you." 
Kunzite stood there for a moment and then walked over to her. He helped her up and then gently kissed her on the lips as she wrapped her arms around his neck. 


Meanwhile...
Serena returned to Darien's arms, she wiped tears from her eyes. Darien raised her chin and brushed a two more tears from her cheeks
"The Senshi of Love never really had a steady relationship. That's kind of ironic, isn't it?" Serena whispered.
Her lover nodded, she put her head on his chest and he held that way for a few moments. 
"We should get back to the others," Darien said.
"You're right, let's go."
Darien put his arm around her, they walked down the sidewalk and turned on the corner. Lurking in the shadows was Sailor Aphrodite. With a small smirk on her face she followed the happy couple, plotting and evil plan as she followed them.

In the center of town...
Sailor Selene had called most of her senshi to form a plan, most of them were grumbling, especially Sailor Hermes.
"May I ask why we have stalled this "Master plan"?" Hermes inquired.
"Oh, shut-up! It's not my fault that the Sailor Senshi have caught our every move!" Selene yelled. "Besides I don't see any of you offering to form a plan."
"Who says we can't!?" Every one of Selene's companions somehow grew fangs and yelled at their annoying leader.
"Because I say so!" Selene yelled again.
"Well that's a pretty good reason," Hades said sarcastically.
"What was that?" This time Selene grew fangs as she turned to Sailor Hades.
"Nothing Selene!" Hades growled.
"Good!" Selene then took Hermes Caduceus and it glowed at her touch. A beam of golden energy came out of the ball on top of the Caduceus. Selene started to draw strange figures in the air and a map of Tokyo.
"Hey! Give that back!" Hermes reached for the Caduceus, but Selene held it above her head and continued drawing her plan.
"Zeus and Gaea will combine both of their powers to make a big explosion at the Tokyo Tower, then Hades will use her Cry of the Dead attack to make everyone in the downtown area fall to the ground in pain, soon after that they would go unconscious.
"The Earth Senshi will then appear about then and Cronus will use her Time Bonds to hold the Sailor Senshi in place. Aphrodite will then use one of her attacks to form images of the their greatest desires.
After that they will be a little weak, so Hermes, Ares, and Poseidon will come in and put them close enough to death. After that each of us can take our rivals and can personally destroy them. Then Hades will see to the rest." Selene smiled to herself as she finished. She threw the Caduceus back at Hermes, who caught it.
"What about Mercury?" Hermes asked.
"She will be in the center of Tokyo and someone is bound to come and save her," Selene said.
"Excuse me, what about the Guardian?" Zeus spoke up.
"Don't worry, once her so-called friends are hurt she will identify herself."
"And if she doesn't?"
"Don't question me Zeus! She will, if not she will die also!"
"We need her to take over the Sol System though!"
"Hades will bring her back from the Underworld! Now shut-up!"
SMACK! Zeus was struck by Selene's hand. A bruise was forming and Zeus was in shock.
"Like I said don't question me! If anyone else wants to question my orders, go ahead. Now come with me!"
Selene walked out of the alley and everyone slowly followed her while looking back at Sailor Zeus.
Tears were steaming down Sailor Zeus's face as she put her hand to her cheek.
'When have you become so heartless Selene? This is not you! What happened?'
Zeus faded into the shadows as one small tear left her cheek and fell to the ground where she was standing.
