Chapter 12

As the rain poured down on my head a drop landed on the brim of helmet and then splattered onto my face. Selene's short black hair blew in the wind. Hermes and Hades just looked at me; they looked confused and tired. Zeus was trying to wake Aphrodite up and slowly her eyes opened.
Thunder and lightening crashed through the sky making my spell complete.
"My spell is done now Selene! Soon you will know what it is."
I looked into her eyes, the daggers disappeared and I swear I could have seen a little bit of fear in them.
I jumped out of the alley and went to the roof, hoping she would follow me. She fell for the trap, her high heels clicked on the tar beach. 
"NOW!" I screamed. Winds of the four cardinal directions flowed through the rooftop as I raised my hands. Lightening lit up the sky once more, thunder roared in the distance as I called the elements of earth to my command. 
"Do you think thunder and lightening will stop me?" Selene's words were caught by the wind.
I bowed my head and the winds picked me up. They twirled me around in the sky, and then they picked Selene and spun her around in a small tornado.
"Sirius!" 
I gave a sly smile. "Welcome to Earth, Selene! Welcome to a planet that has seen to much strife and hate. Welcome to a planet that has had enough of evil! Welcome to my world!" 
Th winds held her in place; I motioned for the winds to follow me. I began to fly to the Tomoe mansion, when I felt a power surge of energy erupt behind me. Selene was pulsing with black light; her eyes had turned into black chasms and they burned with hatred and revenge. Revenge that was set on destroying me.
"SIRIUS! Your planet's weak elements can't hold me! I come from the dark side of the moon, where no light ever shines. I shall have my revenge on the senshi of this planet. I will have it, no more of this child's play!"
She spread her arms and legs apart and the dark energy pooled around her hands. She put her hands in front of her, she gave me an evil smile, and then the dark energy shot straight from her hands and surrounded me. It then plastered itself on my body; it was so strong I couldn't break free.
"AHHH!" 
The dark matter was zapping all of my energy, soon I was lifeless and once more on the brink of death.
Selene smiled and lifted up my sagging head.
"Sirius, poor Sirius, the so-called Guardian of the Universe. I know that you are the one we search for, yet it still doesn't seem like you are the Guardian. Why do you not show your true power, that spell that was supposed to capture me? What did that do? You're supposed to have the Universe's power surging through your veins. Yet, I was able to take away all of your power without breaking into a sweat. Tell me why doesn't your true power show?"
"To have power is nothing. Like everyone I have limits, evil may not have set boundaries, but there are some. You may be the darkness in the light, but I am the light that shall penetrate through the barrier of darkness. Evil, shall never win as long as there is hope, love, and belief. Your heart is filled with a vengeance beyond compare and you have filled the hearts of others with your hatred. Two of those you have contaminated have seen the light in the darkness. Those two are now under my protection..."
WHACK! Before I could finish my sentence, Selene smacked me.
"That's not the answer I want, tell me why you haven't used your true power! Show me this power of that everyone in your bloodline has carried. Show it to me now!"
She lifted me up and tossed me to the ground. The dark matter vaporized form my body and I was left there weak and helpless. Selene walked over and kicked me, until I was near the edge of the roof. She then picked me up and held me over the edge.
"Show me now! Or your life will be taken from you!"

Near Tomoe Mansion...
Venus's life force was till seeping out her, when her rescuers arrived. 
"Unhand her at once!" Sailor Moon yelled.
"What will you do if I don't? Run around and say one of your speeches?" Cronus sneered.
"Enough, if you unhand Sailor Venus right now, we shall not harm you," Tuxedo Mask glared at her.
"Do you think that your feeble words will scar me?" Cronus sneered ash she looked ver her shoulder.
Venus looked like she was about 88 years old, her face was covered with wrinkles and her hair had gone from its beautiful blonde to a stark white. She turned her head toward the group; she gave a meek smile and groaned out in pain. Sailor Moon gasped to see her friend in such pain.
"Enough of this Cronus! I am the one you want! In the name of Saturn I command you to release Sailor Venus!"
"Do you think I'll actually listen to you, Saturn?"
"Maybe you won't listen to me, but maybe you'll listen to this!"
Saturn tapped her Glaive on the ground and cleared her throat. She closed her eyes and looked at the sky, then at Venus. Her blue eyes looked at the Senshi of Silence in plea not to do what she was going to do.
"Death..."
Cronus stopped looking at Venus and she looked at Saturn.
"You wouldn't. I know you wouldn't put this whole planet at to save one person."
"I'm not putting this planet at risk, just myself. REBORN..."
"Saturn, stop this joke," Cronus began to panic.
"REVOLUTION!"
As Saturn said that last word, the ground began to shake under everyone. The rain that was already pouring down around them, began to gather around only Sailor Saturn. She held her Glaive in battle stance and pointed it at Cronus. Sailor Pluto formed a shield around Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Mask, blocking them from the doomsday attack. 
Sailor Saturn's eyes turned into dark violet abysses as she charged at Cronus. Sailor Cronus raised her scythe to block and the two weapons collided. A purple aura surrounded Saturn and a black one surrounded Cronus. Venus was torn from her prison of death and tossed into the air, life rushed back into her as she was swirled around. Sailor Moon caught her in her arms as Pluto let her through the shield. Venus looked up, but her vision was blurred for a moment, then she saw her Princess looking at her with hope gleaming in her eyes.
"Serena?" Venus whispered.
"She's okay! She's going to be okay!" Sailor Moon yelled with joy as her friend came back to the land of the living.
"What's happening? All I remember was having the life sucked out of me and Hotaru doing her forbidden attack. What's with the rain?" Venus blurted out.
"Saturn did do her forbidden attack and she's fighting Cronus as we speak," Pluto said. 
"What about Sirius?" Venus asked.
"We don't know, for all we know, she's under Selene's control. This rain may be one of her spells, because it just appeared all of sudden," Moon replied.
Cronus was trying to block all of Saturn's power, but she wasn't having much luck. Her fuku was torn and her eyes burned with pure hatred. She was tossed up against a wall, she got a moment to catch her breath, but before she could even blink her eyes Saturn slammed into her. Saturn pulled back, her eyes were still dark violet abysses that contained no emotion. She looked at her sister with an expressionless face with her Glaive in her right hand. Suddenly she raised it and before Cronus could escape she swung it through the air. It stopped inches above Cronus's face, sweat ran down her face in streaks. Once more Saturn raised her Glaive and swung it again, this time she hit the wall and Cronus winced.
"The fight is mine," Saturn said.
Cronus eyes were starring straight ahead, they were wide and unblinking. Saturn blew on Cronus's face and she fainted. She picked up her enemy's face and just looked at it, and she gently set it down. Her eyes turned back to their normal purple and she looked at her friends within the shield.
"I am the victor for now, Sailor Cronus of Saturn shall bother us no longer. Right now our help could be used by Sailor Sirius," Saturn stated to them.
Pluto nodded her head and raised the Garnet Staff, with a flash of purple light they disappeared.

Tomoe Mansion...
The two senshi known as Sailor Ares and Sailor Poseidon were still staring at one another, when Michiru and Mars approached them. 
"Cleo, please stop this. I know you don't like to fight, so why are you doing this?" Michiru gazed at up her younger sibling.
Sailor Poseidon ignored her older sister and kept looking at her opponent. 
"I told you I didn't want any fighting till we talked to them, but you and Selene didn't listen. As for you older sister, stay out of this!" Poseidon raised her triton, "Give me one reason not to punish you for not following a simple request," she said to Ares.
"Please, I was just bored and I wanted to toy with Sailor Mars before all of us fought for real. Please don't do anything," Ares pleaded.
Mars looked at Michiru who was shaking her head.
"Why is Ares begging her life from your sister," Mars asked.
"Even as a child, Cleo has showed great power, I am nothing compared to it. She would be an even match for Sailor Saturn's forbidden attack. Even Sirius would have a hard time beating her."
Poseidon was pointing her trident at Ares's neck. Mars and Michiru gasped.
"Ares of Mars. Elsie, one of my so-called friend. You have always lusted for war, much like your namesake. You never seemed to notice that people die in battle, well now you shall know!"
Ares closed her eyes as she waited for the blow.
"Sea God's Tsunami! Dose this flame of war!"
"NO! Mars Flame Sniper!"
Poseidon looked over her shoulder to see the Senshi of Mars challenge her attack. 'Why is she doing this?' she wondered, 'After Ares tried to kill her and everything.'
The two attacks collided and water blocked out fire. Mars collapsed as she saw the attack about to hit her old friend. Suddenly black smoke filled the area; it moved to the tsunami and blocked it.
"Tsk tsk tsk, I would have thought you would've known better and to think I thought you were mature enough not attack your allies," said a familiar voice to Poseidon.
"No, it can't be," Poseidon murmured.
Ares's eyes widened as she saw who stood before her. The other senshi just gazed at the smoke and muttered, "Here we go again". Sailor Chaos smiled and snapped her fingers. Sailor Poseidon and Sailor Ares both rose into the air and their hands and feet were tied with Chaos's energy. Chaos then turned to the other Senshi. 
"Five of Selene's have either been captured or turned to our side. That doesn't mean we have won. Selene has Sirius in her clutches and we must go to her. Will you help me?" Chaos asked.
Jupiter was the first to step forward "I will, Sirius is too important to lose."
"As long as you don't try to steal our starseeds I'll help," Mars stepped in.
"You know I will go," Mercury chimed. 
Michiru and Haukra looked at the two-captured senshi hanging in the air. Haukra glanced over at her partner who nodded.
"We'll help. Just let us change. Uranus Crystal Power!"
"Neptune Crystal Power!"
"MAKE-UP!"
Sailor Neptune and Uranus finished transforming and Chaos raised her arms and everyone was covered in black smoke. After a few coughing fits everyone disappeared from the Tomoe Mansion.

I glanced up at Selene as her eyes pierced me. As my vision blurred it became harder and harder for me to see the ground. She bent down and tore my silver helmet from my head and she tossed it over the side of the building. I faintly heard it clatter to the pavement below. The rain pelted my hair to my scalp.
"I'm waiting, Guardian," she sneered. She gave me one more kick and my torso hung over the edge.
"Why must you see everything Selene? Like I said before I have my limits."
"Enough, prepare to meet your maker Sirius!" 
She raised her foot for the final blow.
"SELENE! Stop this madness at once." Gaea screamed as she jumped onto the roof.
"Enough is enough. We have their Guardian and from the looks of it she is nothing. We can easily overthrow them now," Hades said.
"Please do as they say, Selene," Hermes begged
"How dare you tell me what to do! Traitors! All of you are traitors! Dark Moon Eclipse!"
A white orb formed in her hand, it was quickly covered with black energy. She threw it at her friends and it exploded, making Gaea, Hades, and Hermes go over the edge.
"Now as for you Sirius, say good-bye!"
"Jupiter Oak Evolution!"
"Honey-Moon Therapy Kiss!"
"Venus Love and Beauty Shock!"
"Mercury Aqua Rhapsody!" 
"Mars Flame Sniper!"
"Cronus Typhoon!" (Sailor Pluto's attack from the manga.)
"Space Sword Blaster!"
"Submarine Reflection!"
"Silence Glaive Surprise!"
All of the attacks hit Selene at full force; she toppled and fell over. Chaos landed with her group just as Sailor Pluto arrived with hers.
"Sirius!" Saturn came over and hugged me tight.
"Are you alright?" Mercury kneeled down to look at me.
"Other than the fact that I almost went over the edge, I'm fine," I smiled.
Chaos smiled and then she looked over at Selene who was recovering.
"Sailor Selene, daughter of Queen Nerehenia. Only two of your senshi still stand and from the looks of it they will not fight for you anymore. I suggest you surrender when you have the chance."
"Sailor Chaos, so we finally meet. Do you think I will surrender to such weaklings? Your attacks have hardly even singed me. It's my turn!"
She looked over to see Poseidon, Ares, and Cronus, hanging in the air above her enemies. 
"You fools, I have no need for you anymore. Prepare to meet the most powerful senshi in the Universe."
Selene rose into the sky and evil energy began to surround her. Her hair stood on end and her eyes became black holes. "Senshi of the Sol System, prepare to die!"
Gaea, Hades, Aphrodite, Hermes, and Zeus jumped on the roof, just as they saw Selene become pure evil.
"Sirius, do something!" Zeus begged me.
I looked into her blue eyes and saw pity for Selene. I lifted my head to get a good look at Sailor Moon's cousin. The rain I had called for stopped, but the sky still remained black and thunder and lightening flashed and roared in the sky. Selene began to do the evil laughter bit and I sighed. Slowly I stood up and brushed myself off.
"Chaos how high is her power level?" I asked.
"Right now, she could destroy all of the inner planets and her power is still rising."
"Release those three," I pointed to the senshi in the air.
"What?!" everyone yelled.
"They might revolt against us," Uranus exclaimed.
"No they won't, they were defeated in battle and they will submit to us. Chaos release them"
She snapped her fingers and all three fell to the ground. I glared at her and she just smiled. Selene was still laughing evilly, but it died down to just an evil cackle. I walked over to the three fallen senshi and I helped Poseidon up.
"Are you okay?" I asked, giving her a weak smile.
"Ivy?" she whispered.
"No proper names in public. Sailor Ares and Sailor Cronus," I looked over at the two struggling to get up, "Sailor Selene has abandoned you. Are you willing to help us destroy the evil that is overcoming her starseed? Or do you want to be the cause of another Sailor War? The same goes for all of you," I then looked over at five senshi behind me.
Gaea, Hades, and Hermes whispered to each other as did Ares and Cronus.
"In the name of Mars I will fight for this star system on one condition," Ares stated.
"And what is that?" Mars asked.
"I want my shield and sword back."
Everyone just looked at each other and shrugged their shoulders.
"I'm sorry to break up the little party, but I think she's forming a warp hole. Which is very, very bad,"
Chaos spoke up.
We all turned back to Selene, who had stopped laughing, she was turning around and a warp hole was forming above her head.
"It's now or never. Will you fight with us or against us?" Moon asked the counterparts.
Once more they turned to one another and they all nodded their heads. Hades approached me and cleared her voice.
"I speak for all of us when I say that we will fight by your side. As long as Sailor Sirius leads us into battle."
"What? You want me? Stars, no! You have to be kidding!" I nearly screamed.
"Sirius, she is right. You should lead us into this battle, after all you are the Guardian of the Universe," Neptune stated.
Uranus said, "Sirius you have to do this."
"Sailor Moon," I turned to her, "Tell me what you think."
She was speechless for a moment and then she clasped my hands. "Infinity Sailor Sirius, you have been with me since the beginning I can see no one else fit for this mission other than you."
"Serena..." I whispered. 
She just smiled and nodded her head. "As you wish, Princess." I turned to everyone and held out my hand. My helmet appeared in it and I placed it on my head.
"Sailor Selene formed a warp hole, which is probably to a dimension of pure evil. I want all of you to team up with the partner I assign you to. Then on my command attack her from different sides. Is that understood?"
I heard eighteen "yes's", then I turned to Chaos. "Will you stay and fight or will you go back to the Cauldron? 
"I will stay for awhile, but don't be surprised if I leave," she said.
"Good, when I say your name go with your partner to the area I point to. Sailors Zeus and Jupiter attack from her right. Sailors Aries and Mars to her left..."
Here is how the senshi were arranged:
Aphrodite and Mercury will attack from her right.
Saturn and Poseidon will attack her front.
Hermes and Venus will attack her left.
Gaea, Uranus, and Neptune will attack her back
Pluto and Cronus will attack her from various directions, using their time powers.
Moon and Tuxedo Mask will attack her from the front.
Chaos with me.
"Where will you attack?" Cronus asked.
"I'm attacking from above, that way I can seal the warp hole." I responded, "Everyone when I give the signal attack, let's move!"
We left the building to go to our different positions. I quickly rose into the air, followed by Chaos, and turned invisible so Selene would not detect me. As the senshi reached their spots they got in battle stance holding their weapons and they began to glow in their respectful battle auras.
"What is this? Are you trying to attack me?" Selene snapped.
Suddenly I turned visible and raised my arms up over my head. "NOW!"
"Jupiter Oak Evolution!"
"Wraith of the Sky!"
"Mars Flame Sniper!"
"Fireball of War Backfire!"
"Mercury Aqua Rhapsody!"
"Love's Final Vengeance!"
"Venus Love and Beauty Shock!"
"Message from the Heavens!"
"Silence Glaive Surprise!"
"Ocean Waters Unit!"
"Worldwide Revolution!"
"Space Sword Blaster!"
"Submarine Reflection!"
"Cronus Typhoon!"
"Father Time Advance!"
"Honey-Moon Therapy Kiss!"
"Tuxedo the Smoking Bomber!" (An attack from the manga.)
All of the attacks formed into one and hit Selene at full force. She just laughed them off and said that they tickled. 
"Infinite Asterisk Rebellion!"
I threw my attack into the warp hole, hoping that it would close it. It seemed to be working for a few minutes, but more dark power poured out of it and fused with Selene.
"Is that all you have senshi? Let me show you true power!"
She basically threw the attacks off her and everyone collapsed. Chaos and I exchanged glances and we rushed to help the fallen senshi. 
"Not so fast!" Hands of dark energy enclosed Chaos and me. More hands shot out from Selene and they grabbed they the rest of the senshi.
"How are you without you friends Sirius?" she sneered.
The hands threw their captives into the warp hole.
"NO!" Chaos and I yelled.
"You'll pay Selene!" My aura began to glow and I burst out of the hand and grabbed Chaos from hers. I flew straight into the warp hole. It swallowed me into its black depths. The last thing I heard was Selene yelling at me, then all was silent.
