Chapter 1
It was Thursday, just a few days before school started again. My homework was done and nothing else was happening.
So I thought I would catch up on some of my reading. A pile of new books were piled up by my bed and I picked one up.
As I glanced at the crisp pages, my thoughts turned to the recent defeat of Galaxia, my mother. Now that the Sailor Wars were over for this generation, what would happen next? After Galaxia I thought I could handle anything, hopefully anything.
Maybe, for once, there could be a chance that I could actually live a somewhat less hectic life for awhile. I glanced out the window; a shooting star lit up the distant sky.
"Starlight star bright, the first star I see tonight...."
I sighed and went back to my book. Suddenly the laptop on my desk cackled to life. It spun around and the electric cord broke lamp that Hotaru gave me.
"Computer!" I yelled.
A distorted image appeared on the screen, a face I knew every well.
"Sailor Vesta?" I said as I grabbed the computer from the air.
"Sirius, can you hear me?!" The image started to fuzz.
"A little, what's going on?!"
"Our sleep...disturbed. We were awakened by...counterparts. We must...Princess! Sirius...help...!"
On the screen a picture of four girls in serafukus similar to the Solar Asteroid Senshi serafukus appeared.
Vesta's picture appeared on the screen again.
"Where did they come from?" I asked.
"We don't know. They...others coming...you. Find and...Guardian."
"Vesta!"
My fellow senshi's image was fading. I randomly tapped any key to get her back, but the transmission was terminated. The computer floated out of my hands and settled on my desk. It took a moment for the information to sink into my mind. The Asteroid Senshi were under attack and possibly dead. They said something about counterparts and Guardian.
"Computer." The laptop responded by turning on.
"Yes, Sirius?"
"Contact the Inner and Outer Senshi and inform them of the new enemy. I will tell Serena and Darien my- self. Please inform me of any abnormal energy readings on Earth. Scan everything."
"Yes, Sirius."
The computer buzzed to life and started to do my commands. I sighed as I henshined.
"Sirius Silver Star Armor!"
Silver plates covered my body and replaced my street cloths. My feet were covered in silver knee high boots and finally my helmet appeared and ended the transformation. Lita walked into the room, a feather duster was in her hand, and she raised an eyebrow.
"No time to explain, I need to go," I explained.
I opened the window and backed away.
"Ivy, don't you dare! Don't even think about..."
A sudden flash of light and a gust wind cut her off.
"Go out the window," she finished
It seems the excitement was just starting.
Sky above Tokyo...
A sleek black spaceship hovered over the dark city of Tokyo. Nine sources of power flickered on and off through the entire craft. In the bridge, two senshi monitored the area below them, they whispered between themselves.
"So this is where out imposters dwell," one in a yellow serafuku sneered.
"Yes, this pitiful planet was the only one Sailor Galaxia was not able to conquer. This planet is full of one of the weakest races in the universe, but they were able to defeat the golden senshi. I don't quite understand it," a young girl with a yellow braid responded.
"It's simple, Zeus. Sailor Moon with her defenders of Love and Justice. They defeated Galaxia, but we are striking at a good time. They're probably recovering from the battle and they probably just want to live normal lives. But we'll show them, I can't wait to hear the Moon Princess' wails as her friends die one by one before her."
"Selene, what about the Guardian?" the one called Zeus asked.
"What about her?"
"As long as that senshi resides on this planet we don't have much of chance of defeating..."
"Silence! The Guardian is the least of our worries; she will see things our way sooner or later. If she doesn't, I'll personally make sure she dies last."
"How do you know she will show though?"
"The Guardian will not be a threat!" Selene shouted.
Sailor Zeus backed away slowly, "Selene, before we do anything else, we must find some place of residence. Also we will have to pass as regular Earthlings or we will raise some suspicion."
"How primitive are these beings anyway?"
Before Zeus could answer her leader, a small voice spoke up.
"Selene? Zeus?"
The senshi turned around in astonishment. A young Sailor Senshi came out of the shadows, she meekly walked over to them.
"Oh, Poseidon," Zeus said a little surprised.
"Why do we need to fight them? Why can't we just tell them what we want and maybe we can avoid all of this conflict. After all we are related to them one way or another," Poseidon said meekly.
The two older senshi exchanged glances and Selene nodded at her second in command. Selene stopped down to be at eye level with the child.
"Don't worry, we were just talking about or conquest. I think your idea is a good one, but the Sailor Senshi of the old kingdom might not listen to us. After all they never listened to us before, but maybe the have changed," Selene gave Sailor Poseidon a phony smile. "Besides don't you want to show Sailor Neptune you do have power?"
"I do! Sailor Gaea says that once she destroys Sailor Uranus she will try to reform the dead planets and make them inhabitable again."
"That would be nice. We have some work to do, will you please leave us?" Zeus asked as she turned back to the control panel.
Sailor Poseidon melted back into the shadows of the room. Her friends went back to their discussion about living quarters and what to do about "fitting" into the Earth culture.
*********************
I leaped over the buildings to get to the apartment Serena and Darien shared. After the defeat of my mother, the two couldn't bare to be apart anymore. It had taken a long time for Serena to persuade her parents about moving in with Darien, but her father finally said as long as her school grades improved he would let the two lovebirds live together. I landed on the balcony, I didn't bother knocking this late at night. I put my hand directly through the sliding glass door, the rest of my body followed. Ever since I had realized my powers existed, I have been able to do many things. Going through walls, creating holograms, reading minds, telepathic, and telekinesis were some of the first things I could do.
Carefully I tiptoed through the room and stepped on Luna's tail. The Moon cat howled, she jumped around the room and landed on the back of the couch, hissing at me.
"It's me, Luna."
"Ivy? What are you doing here?" she yawned.
"To make a long story short, we have been invaded by alien senshi, who are probably from this Solar System. The Asteroid Senshi have been attacked and they could be either dead or alive. And I think we should prepare for battle."
Luna fell off the couch, I went over and picked her off the floor. She jumped out of grasp, she landed on the couch again.
"So we have a new enemy. In the past two years we have never been able to get a vacation."
"Luna? What's going on?" Serena entered the room. Her blonde hair trailed behind her as she glanced at us.
"It's just Ivy, Serena. She says a new enemy has come."
"I thought Galaxia was the last one," she whined.
"No, Galaxia was just the beginning. There are many more things that you will experience that you have never even dreamed about. Besides the present is the only thing that matters at the moment. Without the present there is no future. The new enemy had already gotten to the Asteroid Senshi, but they will not get us."
"Ivy can't it wait till morning?"
Luna was about to step in, but I hushed her. "Let her sleep Luna. I don't know when they attack, so she'll need to be well rested when they do."
Once more I opened a window and jumped out; Serena turned white as a sheet. The Moon Princess raced over to the window, to see if I was alright and I just waved at her from the air. She collapsed on the floor. Another thing I was able to do when I became a senshi was flying. It was one of the most useful powers I had.
I flew over buildings and skyscrapers, soon I would be at my apartment. Maybe I could catch a little sleep and do some research in the morning. My thoughts were interrupted by a sudden burst of energy. My eyes grew round as I saw a black spaceship before me.
On the Spaceship...
"Aphrodite, tomorrow we are supposed to find suitable living quarters."
Sailor Hermes walked into a room, where another senshi laid on a bed gazing into a jewel encrusted hand mirror.
"Do I have to? I have a lot more important things to do than look for place to live."
Sailor Aphrodite put the mirror down and sat up. Her friend rolled her eyes and leaned against her staff.
"That's what Selene told us to do and I don't think you should disobey her. We won't be the only ones, Selene, Zeus, and Poseidon will help too."
The hand mirror started to spark, both of the senshi blinked as a picture of Sailor Sirius formed on the glass.
"Who is that?" Aphrodite asked.
"Wait, I recognize her," Hermes grasped the mirror to get a better look. "That's Sailor Sirius! I remember her from the Silver Millennium."
"She's still alive?"
"Of course, have Ares tell Selene about this."
Meanwhile in another part of the spaceship...
Two senshi huddled near a window gazing at the city
"Weakling planet," one of them muttered.
"Cronus! Don't say that!" the other one said.
"And why not?"
"Well the humans are weaklings, but the Senshi might put up a tough fight."
"What about this Guardian. I've never seen her fight before, how do we even know she's on this planet?" Cronus remarked.
"Oh yes...The Guardian; the everlasting warrior. We'll find her and turn her to our side."
"Our powers combined will be enough to turn her. We'll do it together."
They clasped hands together.
"Yes, together," Hades smiled at her friend.
Still another part of the ship...
"Ares come here."
A senshi with dark skin stepped out of the shadows and entered the small room.
"What is it Aphrodite?" she asked.
She was wearing a fuku of dark violet splashed with the color red. Her brown eyes were deep and they hid plenty of secrets. She had dark brown hair that was nearly black and it glowed in the light. She carried a shield and sword of pure silver.
"Tell Selene that we have spotted Sailor Sirius."
"She's here?! We are in for a lot more than we thought."
Ares ran down the hall until she came to the bridge that held three more senshi. One was wearing a very pale yellow fuku with a black bow in the front in back. Her hair was very short and prime of a light black color, but her eyes was black as night and filled with vengeance. She wore high heels that were also a pale yellow set with black bows.
"Selene!" Ares strutted over to the pale yellow and black senshi. "We have spotted the enemy, Sailor Sirius."
"Already?!" Selene gasped. Ares nodded in reply. "Zeus will you care to take care of this one?" Selene asked.
Sailor Zeus was a little on the tall side, her hair was blonde and it pulled back in a tight braid. Her serafuku as light blue and pale orange bows decorated the front and back, her strap on heels were light blue as well. The most interesting thing about her were her bright green eyes that sparkled with vengeance. A silver lightening bolt glistened in her hand, she adjusted her gripe on it as she approached Selene.
"Wait you two!" Poseidon shouted. "Selene you promised there would be no fighting until we talked with them!"
All of them looked at Poseidon. She was a little short, but not that much. Her hair was a bluish-green and her fuku was teal with two aqua bows on the front and back, her boots were aqua as well. Her clear blue eyes were filled with hope and bleakness. In her hand she carried a golden trident that was razor sharp.
"Of course I remember, but this is not one of the senshi we want to play with. We can use this opportunity as a warning to her, so she can tell her allies. Zeus please take care of it now."
"At once my friend." Zeus disappeared into the shadows.
Over Tokyo...
The Spaceship held me in place, I couldn't move for some reason. It could have been the fact that I hadn't seen a spaceship in years or someone could have captured me in some kind of tractor beam. A door opened on the side of ship, someone jumped out and floated in the air. She floated over to me and gave an evil smile
She was dressed in a serafuku and a silver lightening bolt that was pulsing with light was in her hand.
"So this is one of the mere Sailor Senshi we await or are you just some one who can fly to the stars and back?" Her voice was filled malice and pleasure when she spoke.
"You must be the ones that attacked the Asteroid Senshi. I don't want to go into a speech about Truth and Justice, but the Asteroid Senshi are personal friends of mine. Besides don't you have your own planet or star to protect?"
"My planet was taken over by that imposter Sailor Jupiter. I'm supposed to rule it, but no. That Queen Serenity said that it wasn't mine to rule and that Galaxia trying to show what I was supposed to do. Ha! Now we've come to repay what Serenity did, and find the Guardian."
"The Guardian?" My eyes narrowed. "What do you want with the Guardian?"
"Enough chat!"" She hurled her thunderbolt at me, which was now covered in a golden light. I tried to fly away, but I changed my mind and disappeared. Another useful trick I learned, I reappeared behind my enemy.
"Oh mind tricks! I love those. Try to miss this one!"
Again she threw the bolt at me and I didn't dodge this time. Instead I caught her weapon before it hit me.
"Some trick there," I replied, "but just not good enough."
"How can that be?! My bolt can only be caught and held by me!"
"Well not anymore."
I threw the bolt back at her. She tried to catch it, but unfortunately she missed. It scorched her arm and red blood started to drip from the mark.
"How dare you! How dare you impose Sailor Zeus! The true ruler of the planet Jupiter! I shall come back! Tell your puny Senshi friends that they haven't seen the last of us" She took her bolt and flew back to the ship.
If the other enemies were Sailor Senshi and as powerful as Sailor Zeus, we had a dire situation on our shoulders. But why would they want the Guardian? If they know a way to get to the Guardian the whole Universe would be at risk.
The Guardian is a senshi who is a Staris, the last of a powerful race that had long lives and great power. She is more powerful than any other Sailor Senshi in the Universe and is a servant to the Lord. No one can kill her, until her destiny has been accomplished and her destiny is unknown. The Guardian can destroy galaxies with the snap of a finger and can kill whole civilizations with a stomp of her foot. She spreads the good word of the Lord and shall serve Him for eternity. What is hard to believe is that the Guardian is me.
