My fanfiction will mostly center around the version of the Ranma 1/2 universe set down in my main series, The Splitting. Said series is mostly a continuation fanfic that takes place some months after the end of the manga when things have settled down. My fanfiction will be a mesh of anime and manga, with more emphasis on the anime side of things when possible. As I watch more Ranma ½ anime and read more of the manga in my spare time (a commodity I don't have much of...) I will try my best to resolve the conflicts that are sure to arise.

I reserve the right to make adaptations on people and the storyline in whatever manner is required to avoid confusion and conflict.

Since I intend this to be an extension the characters that all of you should already be familiar with may seem a bit OOC (Out of Character) but there is a reason for that. It is foolish to belive that simply because a person acts a certain way for some time that means they'll never change. Being a teenager like the rest of the Nerima Wrecking Crew, I know firsthand about doing stupid things. But I also know at some point a person has to grow up.

This will be about the characters resolving their differences but it will still be the Ranma ½ Universe! The wackiness of Neriman life may be downplayed as my work will be based more on action and character development, but it will be there. While there may some sad moments, I guarantee that there will be no dark, hopeless type fics. I'm way too optimistic and Kasumi-like for that. :)
