James is the hot!! Male member of Team Rocket. He is 19 like Jessy and hangs around with her and Meowth (Meowth is free but his master could be Giovanni). He is a hot!!, kind sometimes, supervillain whose goal is to capture Pikachu. He is in debt to Giovanni (the boss) big time. Every time Team Rocket has a plot that will earn them money and Jessy asks James what He would do with the money he says “I will pay the boss back all the money I owe him.” That is how I know that. He has blue/purple hair, green eyes, and a sweet yet devilish smile. His current Pokemon are Weezing, Growlithe, and Victreebel. His past Pokemon are Koffing, Magikarp, and Weepinbell.
