Raised as Akiko's little sister, she attends the same school. She is quiet, and not very good at socializing. Sometimes, older boys would pick on Akiko because of her shyness. This, and her lack of social skills, has often lead to fights with Himiko, and because of this, Taka (Her adopted father) has trained Himiko in fighting.
This has resulted in very little friends, and a somewhat tomboyish attitude. Himiko doesn't normaly wear dresses either, instead, she often borrows clothes from her father. She also carries her sword arround alot (convenient for bopping Akiko on the head). She is fast, and athletic, being a part of the gymnastics team. She is an extremely good acrobat.
