My Thoughts On Pairings

These are just my thoughts on pairings, which may obviously reflect in my writing. Of course, opinions are subject to change, and I *love* to experiment, so don't be surprised if I deviate from this--A LOT.

Non–Yaoi:

Heero and Relena: The most popular non–yaoi pairing there is. Because of reading many fanfics over the year and other influences, this is my least favorite pairing of all. But there's no denying how the series does point to Heero and Relena at least being mentally connected somehow, no matter how much it makes me want to chew my fingernails off.

Duo and Hilde: I like this pairing a great deal. Their relationship would be interesting to boot, but I think they would make a very good couple. I also love the bro/sis vibe though. It's like they take turns being the older sibling.

Trowa and Catherine: There's no denying the bro/sis thing going on, but Catherine has pissed me off in the series a great deal. I mean, if someone that good looking joined my circus, I would be trying to get into his pants. Heaven forbid he got amnesia around me... *swoons* I'd turn him into a sex machine!

Quatre and Dorothy: I love Dorothy to death, but I really can't see her in any relationship with Quatre. It'd be sex only. I understand that she was doing what she was doing for mankind and all, but I think she's been hurt so deeply on the emotional level that she'll never fully heal. It's cost her too much.

Wufei and Sally: This is my favorite non–yaoi pairing! I love these two! I can see them as friends, comrades, and more. He sees her as his equal, and she has just as much fire as he does to keep him on his toes and in line!

Treize and Une: They need to just hurry up and get married. It's sickening how they keep going around it.

Zechs and Noin: If he doesn't hurry up and get a clue, I'll kill him.

Yaoi:

Heero and Duo: This is my favorite yaoi pairing. They are just always together, which makes the ‘marry your best friend' rule of thumb perfect. Heero's stoic, Duo's outgoing. Duo can bring out Heero, Heero can keep Duo out of trouble. It's perfect!

Trowa and Quatre: This is my other favorite, as much as 1x2. I don't think I need to say anything. Even in the series, they have some signs concerning these two. More so than any other yaoi pairing.

Wufei and Treize: I like to read this pairing, but I haven't given my hand at it yet. If not lovers, at least eternal friends (duh). Besides Zechs and Une, Wufei is the only other one that has ever understood him.

Wufei and Zechs: I don't know about this one actually. Wufei is so damn feisty, Zechs would probably lose his cool. I've read good fics concerning this one, but other than that....*shrugs* I'll have to get back to you.

Zechs and Treize: Need I say anything at all? Sometimes, I don't think the girls even stand a chance.

Non Conventional Non–Yaoi:

Heero and Hilde: Actually, I like this pairing a lot. (Yes Saishi, this is your fault). I know they don't interact in the series, but I figured they could since Heero is always around Duo, and so is Hilde. They're bound to run into each other some time....

Heero and Catherine: I like this pairing...sort of. I think they would have many problems in their relationship. I'm not sure why.

Heero and Dorothy: I've read one fic with these two, and it was VERY well done, even though it's not complete. (If you want to read it, email me about it and I'll tell you where to find it). Other than that, no, I can't see it. I can see sex, but then they'd try to kill each other afterwards. Constant competition.

Heero and Sally: No. They are great comrades and allies. Nothing more.

Heero and Une: Don't make me scream.

Heero and Noin: I can't see it. She'd be killed by him eventually. Too many reasons why to list.

Duo and Relena: I've read quite a few good fics on this actually, so I can see it. I personally don't care for it though.

Duo and Catherine: I...don't think so. Something's just wrong with this pairing.

Duo and Dorothy: That's not even funny.

Duo and Sally: No. Not possible. Very, very close buddies and friends. That's it.

Duo and Une: I'm...in brain freeze. Whoa, that is fucking weird. I'm not sure on this one.

Duo and Noin: It wouldn't work. I can see her pissing him off, and she wouldn't be able to trust him. The two of them together in the series seemed to have some...animosity between them. I'm not sure why. I think he might tolerate her because he's cool with Sally. Honestly.

Trowa and Relena: Another one that put me into brain freeze. But no, I don't like this at all.

Trowa and Hilde: I don't think so. I can't even see a friendship. Why Heero works in my mind....the world will never know.

Trowa and Dorothy: I will rot in hell for even considering this, but I can see this. In fact, out of all the pilots, I think she would be happiest with Trowa. I believe he understands her better than anyone else.

Trowa and Sally: No. Allies. That's it. I don't even see a friendship.

Trowa and Une: Yes, I can see this. She did like his piloting....

Trowa and Noin: No. I think he sees her as weak and incompetent.

Quatre and Relena: I think this is more likely than even Heero and Relena. He's the only other pilot that's had contact with her besides Heero. I don't like it though.

Quatre and Hilde: Um...no. Being Duo's friend would be a handful enough.

Quatre and Catherine: I can see this. I like it. Trowa would approve.

Quatre and Sally: I can't. Good friends, maybe financial help if Sally needs a new war toy, but that's all.

Quatre and Une: Hell no.

Quatre and Noin: Yes, I can see this. If she ever got tired of waiting on Zechs....

Wufei and Relena: HELL NO!

Wufei and Hilde: Nope. He'd do that ‘onna' shit once and she'd knock the hell out of him.

Wufei and Catherine: No way. He'd kill her.

Wufei and Dorothy: He'd kill her too.

Wufei and Une: He'd kill her to have Treize. *wiggles eyebrows*

Wufei and Noin: Nope, dead. In fact, I can't see him with any women except for Sally.

Non Conventional Yaoi:

Heero and Trowa: I can see this, but they're relationship would be very...quiet.

Heero and Quatre: I can see this too, but I think they would disagree over everything.

Heero and Wufei: Yes, I like this a lot actually. As Katsu no miko said, I can see them fighting over who would be on top.

Heero and Treize: Don't hurt me, but yes. Especially with Treize giving him Epyon.... *raises eyebrow* And the two of them all alone in that batcave of his...uh oh. Lemony idea coming into play....

Heero and Zechs: Yes, I adore this pairing. Zechs was very obsessed on finding Heero....

Duo and Trowa: This is my second favorite yaoi pairing. (Yes Pink Nina, this is your fault). I love this pairing. If Quatre and Heero weren't around, I know this would work.

Duo and Quatre: For some odd reason, I really don't care for this pairing. I'm not sure why. I like lemons on them, but that's about it.

Duo and Wufei: Oh yeah, most definitely. If not, they would be the very, very, best of friends.

Duo and Treize: Yes and no, but mostly no. Duo wouldn't be able to shut up about his eyebrows.

Duo and Zechs: Yes! Yes yes yes! Two beautiful, long haired devils together?! Oh yeah.

Trowa and Wufei: Very quiet, very good friends. Nothing more.

Trowa and Treize: Not really. No. I can't even speculate a reason.

Trowa and Zechs: No. I think Trowa respects him, but that's about it. I can't see them even being friends.

Quatre and Wufei: Yes, I'm afraid. Wufei would be very into Quatre, if not obsessed. If not that, they would be extremely good friends.

Quatre and Treize: Sex only. I've read very good fics with this pairing, but personally, I don't see it working.

Quatre and Zechs: This does not flow with me at all. A great lemon is all I see.

Threesomes (Yaoi and non):

Heero, Duo and Wufei: My favorite threesome! I think it would work out very well. I can't tell who's the lucky one.

Duo, Trowa and Quatre: Yes, most definitely, especially if Quatre's a real freak!

Treize, Zechs, and Wufei: Zechs and Wufei would do anything for THEIR Excellency....

Heero, Duo, and Relena: Even though I don't care for Relena, I think this would make one hell of a threesome lemon. Yowzah!

Trowa, Quatre and Dorothy: Why not? I think they'd do well, both in the sex and in their relationship.

Heero, Duo, and Hilde: I think I'm alone on this one, but go Hilde! Whoo!

Heero, Quatre, and Dorothy: I think Heero and Dorothy would compete on who would give Quatre the best blow job.

Lady Une, Noin, Sally Po: Even though I'm not into yuri, I think this is the best yuri threesome there is. They are too tough for nonsense. And with Une's mental instability, it's like having four people in bed. ^__^

More than three:

Heero, Duo, Trowa, Quatre and Wufei: One can always dream...
