In 1995 in Japan one of the greatest anime t.v. show came to end and it was called Dragon Ball Z.Many people thought it was a bad move to get rid of Dragon Ball Z.Everything everywhere was DBZ in Japan,it was so popular Akira Toriyama the DBZ man wanted to make a sequal to DBZ called Dragon Ball GT.He joked about that if GT didn't work out he would bring Dragon Ball Z again.Most people did not like GT at first instead of being fighting and action anime it ended up being a comedy anime.Many people that used to watch DBZ didn't feel like watching GT because they thought that it was not a anime anymore and that he turned it into a comedy.When GT first came out it came out almost the same date as Dragon Ball GT:Final Bout playstation game.In the beginning of the new DB series there were a new set of dragonballs,the Black Star Dragon Balls.GT took place 10 years after the events in DBZ Trunks,Goten,and Gohan were grown up living there every day life.Gohan is married to Mageel(Videl) and they have a daughter named Pan.A new menace has been discovered among Earth the evil Emperor Pilaf.In the beginning episodes Goku is training Ubu while Mr.Popo and Dende are watching the lookout being destroyed by Goku and Ubu.Evil Emperor Pilaf easily captured after his servants Shuu and Mia to shoot him with robot missiles.Pilaf summon the dragon Shenlong and asked him for Goku to get smaller the dragon replied "so be it".After is wish is granted the dragon balls scatter across the Earth.Thats all im going to tell you but there is more.Maybe there will be GT in the U.S. in a short while so you dont want to knopw everything abput GT do you?Watch and look for more information on upcoming DBZ events on my news page or just keep your ears open.
