This is not a real strict RPG but there are some main rules.

When you die do not think that you are off the RPG, dyeing is one of the best ways to get very strong.
There is a secret way that can make you very strong, and its not cheating.

If you do not do something for five days you become inactive, then you I start counting up one to ten days on the 10th day I will delete you from the RPG. If you do away on vacation or something tell me and I will not delete you.
Joining:
OK, here is the deal about training. You should always read the new before you join. YOU HAVE to chose attacks WHICH THE PL REQUIRMENTS ARE 1,000 OR BELOW, THIS INCLUNDS A FINISHER. You must know a site with a picture of your character, I am not going to look for one. You HAVE TOO HAVE an instant messager name or you can not join. Check the attack before you send them to me. Also look at the character list or stats to see if your character is taken.Read the News very often, it tells you of some thing that will be coming up.
You cannot just wish for anything when you wish, there are wish restrictions
Wish Restrictions:
Cannot wish to be fused.
Cannot wish for immortallty.
Cannot wish for over $20,000.
Cannot wish for someone to die.
Cannot wish for a move that has to be learned by king kai.
Cannot wish for over 5,000 pl.
Have to stay in the RPGs idea.(For exaple: cannot wish to meet like a celeberty)
