The Digimon Emporer is making the Gizamon work hard in the harsh weather conditions. When Gomamon tries to stand up to the Digimon Emporer, he has the Gizamon attack Gomamon and then enslaves the Gizamon. Cody shows up just in time to go with the digidestined to the Digital World. When they get there, they find GOmamon. TO get to the control spire controlling the area, they build a tobaggon, but a row of Frigimon are guarding the spire. They make it past the Frigimon but are almost hit by an avalanche, about fall into a gorge, and Cody falls into an ice cold river. Joe decides to stay back with Cody, but after the others go off, the Digimon Emporer and Shellmon arrive to attack them. Meanwhile, Veemon armordigivolves to Flamedramon to fight the Frigimon while back with Joe and Cody, Armadillomon armordigivolves into Digmon to defeat Shellmon. But the Digimon Emporer isn't out of evil Digimon yet. He sends out yet another one of his crooked Digi-henchman for Digmon to battle. Pegasusmon, Nefertimon and Halsemon destroy the control spire and Gomamon digivolves to Ikkakumon to help Digmon defeat the evil Digimon. They return to the real word to replan their strategies and the Digimon Emporer does some replanning of his own.
