The kids wander through the desert. Etemon is searching for them though, and he's getting close. Tai stuffs Agumon's face so he can digivolve even further. The kids don't like Tai's personality change. Suddenly, Joe's tag starts to glow. They find a large stadium, but apparently Etemon's already found them, and has made a "welcoming party" to "greet" them. Etemon traps them in an electrical soccer goal, but Agumon, being so full and heavy was left behind and escaped being captured! Etemon sends out another Greymon, then the real Agumon digivolves into Greymon and the doubles duke it out. Gabumon helps distract the evil Greymon with his Marching Fish Attack. The kids find a tunnel leading out of the net and Joe finds his crest there also. Tai remembers that for a Digimon to digivolve, his/her master must be in some sort of danger. So Tai runs out in the middle of the battle to put himself in danger so Greymon can digivolve, but there's a problem when Greymon digivolves and it accidentally digivolves into an evil Skullgreymon. The wrongly digivolved Skullgreymon turns on the kids after destroying the evil Greymon. Even Birdramon, Garurumon and Kabuterimon put together are no match for this thing, but soon, Skullgreymon's energy runs out and it dedigivolves back into Koromon.
