"The Dancing Digimon"
Devimon laughs evily. Meanwhile, Joe and Gomamon float on a bed across an ocean. Soon, a crate floats by in the water, but instead of food popping out, a big green Digimon called Ogremon bursts out. He attempts to club them but misses and smashes the bed. Gomamon summons his fish friends and the fish attack Ogremon. Joe and Gomamon float helplessly on pieces of wood in the ocean. Gomamon digivolves into Ikkakumon. Ikkakumon fights Ogremon off in the water and then Ikkakumon out of energy, dedigivolves back into Gomamon as he and Joe sink into the ocean. Sora is fishing and Biyomon joins her when she gets a big bite. It turns out to be Joe and Gomamon. Afterwards, they sit by a fire and Gomamon explains how they got there. They decide to make Joe the leader. They hear chimes from the top of a tall hill and Biyomon wants to go investigate. Sora stops her. Joe takes lead. He keeps up his "army march" drivel the whole way up the hill which makes Sora think maybe it was a mistake making Joe the leader. They come to a church where a group of people are dancing. But, the masks break off the people which turn out to be evil ghost Digimon, called Bakemon. The Bakemon catch them and throw them in a jail. In Joe and Sora's chamber, the Bakemon prepare Joe and Sora to be eaten. Meanwhile, in Biyomon and Gomamon's cell, they trick a Bakemon guard into releasing them. Right before the Bakemon are about to eat Joe and Sora, Biyomon and Gomamon burst in and digivolve, saving them. They escape but they are pursued. Joe performs a "mind over matter" chant and the Bakemon fall. A swarm of black gears rip through the ground and fly towards Infinity Mountain, where Joe and Sora head off to.
