For example, there are only three characters in Sailor Moon with pink hair: Hawk-Eye, CereCere, and Rini.
There are only five characters with red eyes: Pluto, VesVes, CereCere, Hawk-Eye(well, reddish...), and Rini.
Now, neither Darien nor Serena is on either list, and Rini says they're her parents. I can think of three explanations for this:
- Recessive genes.
- Everything Rini's parents ever told her was a lie.
- Rini is a compulsive liar and just told the scouts that Darien and Serena are her parents to mess things up.
I think we can safely assume that the recessive genes thing is a pile of crap, because recessive genes require that someone actually has the genes somewhere in the family...
So either Rini is a compulsive liar(how do we know we can trust people from the future anyway? They can tell us whatever the hell they want and we'll stupidly believe them!) or Rini's parents really didn't want to tell her at a young and tender age that she was adopted...or the result of a steamy affair...
Possibilities
- Serena/Darien--Well, it is canon. But it's no fun to believe what the TV tells me! As for heredity, the easily brainwashed Rini("No one loves me! I think I'll turn evil!") definitely gets her attacks and ability to resist being a pawn of evil from Daddy...
- Serena/Hawk-Eye--They both agreed in SuperS that, well, they weren't really each other's type. Still, by the 30th century, Serena should be old enough for Hawk-Eye... Heredity: Hawk-Eye likes women old enough to be his mother, Rini loves them father figures.
- Darien/Sailor Pluto--Hey, it's lonely being the Guardian of Time. Besides, so many people think Pluto wants Darien/Endymion. And it would explain how Pluto could possibly stand Rini in the R season.
Heredity wise: Pluto doesn't have any friends, Rini doesn't really have any friends either!
- Darien/CereCere--Dear god...well, she'd be happy because he'd bring her flowers...then she'd probably shoot a billiard ball through his back and laugh. And besides, Darien does love dating them younger chicks!
As for how heredity would work in this case...well, uhm...CereCere is a stuck up bitch and Rini likes mentioning how she's a princess from the future(at least in SuperS.)
- Darien/VesVes--Darien seems to like younger girls...and his girl friend has a habit of saying "In the name of the moon, I will punish you!" And the less verbose VesVes practically screams "mini domme." God knows what she'd do with the pool cue...(same thing Serena does with the Moon Kaleidoscope!)

- Hawk-Eye/Pluto--Pluto's the oldest woman in existance, probably has tons of "experience"(wink, wink, nudge nudge...), and has already shown a knack for dealing with pink haired bitches with parental issues. I don't care how illogical it is: it's my stupid theory and I'm sticking to it.(So, how does the daughter of the Guardian of Time and a random member of the Dead Moon Circus qualify as a moon princess?)
Heredity: Rini'd get mom's eyes and lust for Darien/Endymion; dad's hair, inability to fight for shit, and penchant for the elderly.
