Sailor Moon

I'd just like to apologise beforehand about ony mistakes or details that may have been left out. I have to write most of this from memory.

Sailor Moon is an anime about a fourteen year old girl who, like many other characters, is destined to save the planet.

The story is divided into five seasons: Sailor Moon, Sailor Moon R, Sailor Moon S, Sailor Moon SuperS, and Sailor Moon Sailor Stars. Each season has a (slightly) different plot, with different characters and evil people.

The first season begins with the finding of Sailor Moon/Serena (Tsukino Usagi)by her guardian cat, Luna. As the story progresses, more sailor scouts are found: Sailor Mercury (Muzino Ami), Sailor Mars (Hino Rei), and Sailor Jupiter (Makoto). The five of them are instructed to find the princess of the moon. They are helped in battle by Tuxedo Mask (Tuxedo Kamen), who is also Usagi's *friend* Darien (Chiba Mamarou). The Negaverse (sorry, I don't know the Japanese name!!)led by Queen Beryl, are trying to collect energy to release their power to attack the earth. When this fails, they attempt to find the seven rainbow crystals which are hidden inside of the warriors that fought against the Moon Kingdom. The senshi, Tuxedo Kamen, and the Negaverse all want the crystals. The senshi are tricked by one of the generals of the Negaverse and rescued by the last scout to arrive, Sailor Venus (Aino Minako). Tuxedo Kamen's identity is revealed to the Negaverse General Zoycite *I don't remember her name either...sorry!* and she challenges Mamarou to single combat for the crystals that they have. Usagi follows him to the tower where the battle is going to take place, and after Mamarou is fatally injured, it is revealed that she is Princess Serenity, the princess of the moon that the senshi had been looking for. The rainbow crystals join into the Emperium Silver Crystal and attach themselves to Sailor moon's crescent moon wand. Mamarou is captured by the Negaverse and brainwashed to fight against the senshi. The senshi find where the Negaverse has set up their main power, and teleport themselves there to destroy them. On the way there, however, the scouts are killed off one by one until Sailor Moon is left by herself. She is transported to queen Beryl's 'palace' *I can't think of a better word for it* where she comes face to face with Prince Darien (Endymion), who attempts to follow Queen Beryl's orders and destroy Sailor Moon. However, Sailor Moon reminds him of his destiny and brings his memory back, *I think*. After that happens, Queen Beryl somehow dies and comes back as a VERY big monster, and traps Sailor Moon in a mountain of ice. She emerges as Princess Serenity and defeats Queen Beryl with the Silver Crystal and the 'help' of her friends. This has a really cool battle scene.

The second season *starts* with the arrival of Ann and Alan, a brother and sister who are gathering human energy with Cardians, monsters that come outof cards. Hence the name. This gives Luna cause to awaken the senshi, who lost their memory after the battle with Queen Beryl. This is basically all that this story line is used for, because it wouldn't make sense otherwise.
The second part of the season begins with Usagi and Mamarou sitting on a park bench, when all of a sudden, out of the sky falls a little girl with pink hair that looks exactly like Usagi's. She is followed around by a luna ball, which she uses to communicate with Sailor Pluto. She threatens Usagi to give her the Silver Crystal. Usagi, of course, refuses because she has no idea who this little twerp is. We later learn that her name is Rini (Chibi-usa) and she has hypnotized Usagi's family into thinking that she's her cousin. I can't remember what the everyday battles consist of, but here's what it boils down to. Chibi-usa was from Crystal Tokyo, which was being attacked by the Negamoon. While there, she was being hunted down because the silver crystal had been transferred into her body. But she didn't know that. Chibi-usa had thought that the crystal had been stolen and that she had been sent to the future to find it. She tells the scouts her problem and uses her crystal key to take them to Sailor Pluto's door of time. Once there, they are told by the King of Earth, Mamarou's future self, that Chibi-usa is the future daughter of Neo-Queen Serenity (Usagi) and himself. In the future, Chibi-usa met Wise Man, who convinced her that she wasn't cared for. He turned her into the Wicked Lady, which made her age from 5 to 20. She fought the senshi until they convinced her that she was loved. This made her grow young again. Wise Man attacked the senshi after Chibi-usa was good(?). The senshi pooled their power in an effort to defeat Wise Man, but it wasn't enough. Chibi-usa realized that the Silver Crystal had been hidden in her body, and she transformed into Neo-Princess Small Lady. Sailor Moon Transformed into Neo-Queen Serenity, and the crystals of the past and present defeated Wise Man.
