Ninja Scroll

Kibagami Jubei is a masterless ninja who travels the land alone, but a hideous plot to overthrow the government threatens to end his wandering ways. As he is tricked into a web of treachery, Jubei must ally himself with a Master Monk-Spy Dakuan, and Kagero, a beautiful female ninja whose touch means instant death. Together they must face the Eight Demons of Kimon and ultimately the Immortal Genma— all before the Dakuan's poison kills Jubei.
