Cell is made out of serveral cells For lots of people. Cell has lots of moves and he can make cell jr they are strong had the z fighters had trouble fighting him in the episodes. I think that vegeta and cell are the best characters because they always want to defeat goku but mainly fails. They always want o be the best and like to show of there powers.
