Hadoken - Do the code above first. To get the Great Hadoken, you first must have 9 lives, then go to Armored Armadillo. Go threw the level and when you are next to the Chamber to fight the boss, jump off the side, do this 5 times then go next to the chamber again then go to the top above the chamber and there will be a capsule.
To perform the Hadoken, you must press, Down, Down Foward, Foward + Shoot Button.
Don't Fight Zero
Here's a little tip: If you can find all of Zero's parts,you won't have to fight him before Sigma.A silver Zero aill appear with Sigma,but will soon be destroyed by the real Zero.
Dragon Punch
To reach the Dragon Punch, you must have all Heart Tanks, power ups, and Sub-Tanks. When you reach the two ladders, one unreachable. Lead the bats to the ladder and crystalize them to reach the top ladder. Then use Speed Burner on the first set of spikes and air-dash between the next spikes.
Go to another set of spikes. Charge up Speed Burner again and air-dash the first set and drop to second set and Speed Burner to the left to reach the 1-Up. It may take several tries, but you'll make it. Slide down the left wall and you'll find the Dragon Punch capsule. You MUST have a full energy meter to get this capsule.
To execute the Dragon Punch, press Forward, Down, and Down-Forward and the fire button.

Energy Refill
At the second wall of dirt in the Overdrive Ostrich stage, use the Spin Wheel weapon to get through the wall. Go to the end of the wall to find an energy refill.

The Benefits of Gold Armor
When you have obtained the gold armor, you can recharge your hit meter and your sub-tanks by simply standing still.
The Three Paths to Dr. Vile
To reach Vile you must kill at least two bosses, then find one of these entrances.
The first entrance is at the beginning of the Volt Catfish stage. A platform will take you to Vile.
The second entrance is in the Frozen Buffalo stage. It is located in the first pit after you enter the small room with two doors. You will see the entrance on the left side.
The third entrance is in the crab's stage (I forget his name.) The entrance is located next to an energy capsule after you leave the small room where you fought a mid-boss. Before you reach the energy capsule you will fall right through the floor. Here you'll find the capsule that takes you to Vile's secret stage.
Note: These entrances are only there after you kill at least two bosses and BEFORE you kill Bit and Byte (the two mid-bosses who talk to you.)
Zero's Saber
There are two ways to get Zero's Saber. If you're in a hurry you can get it with the password "1454 3535 6162 7162".
If you'd rather earn it yourself, do this. On the second stage of Doppler's lab play through the whole level with MegaMan only. When you get to the mini-boss's layer, switch to Zero. Play through the entire level and defeat Vile. Zero will be damaged beyond repair and give Megaman his saber.
Ultimate Armor X
At character select screen highlight Mega Man and press, O, O, L, L, L, L, L, L, . Hold L1 and R2 while pressing start.
Play as Dark Zero:
At the Player Select screen, put the cursor on Zero, then press and hold R1, and press Right, Right, Right, Right, Right, Right. Release R1, press and hold O, then press u. When the game starts, Zero will be wearing black armor.
Play as Dark Mega Man:
At the Player Select screen, put the cursor on Mega Man X and press O, O, Left, Left, Left, Left, Left, Left. Simultaneously press and hold L1 and R2, and press u. When the game starts, you'll play as Dark Mega Man.

Note 1: Press 'X' to turn jets off
Note 2: With this code, as long as you hold the X button and not move, you'll float up. Move left or right and you'll fall normally until you let go of the directional controls. This is useful for those who prefer to get the hard to reach items first.
Note 3: X and Zero run as if they are constantly making little jumps, but when the jump, they jump HIGH. Also, if you let go of a wall or dash in air, you'll start floating upwards. Using Zero's double jump can solve the problem, as can sliding to the floor or turning off the Shark. This is very useful in getting the EX-item or the Arm Adaptions, but it can get to be a pain sometimes.
Note 4: This code sets the energy of your opponent to zero whenever you use the square (fire) button. That shot (or the one after it) will kill about any boss in the entire game, except for Iris, Double, and Magma Dragoon, who the code won't effect.
Note 5: This code allows you to do manuevers in the air (hover (X), air dash, double jump (Zero)) as many times as you want without landing.
Note 6: This code makes it so that X's weapon is permanently set to four stored charge shots. That means that every pistol shot fired in the game will be at full charge! I think it also starts you out with the Stored Charge arm adaption and the leg adaption...
Note 7: All right, one more for the road... this one allows your character a normal speed high jump (most of the time - dash jumps don't work).
