Saiyuki
Based off of the Chinese novel "Journey to the West" (the same one Dragon Ball was based off of), Saiyuki is the tale of a sleazy priest named Sanzo who goes on a journey on the gods' command to seek out and destroy an evil demon that has been awakened. There's a catch, however: he has three very human-looking demons as his companions-- Hakkai, Goku and Gojyo. Sanzo, needless to say, is not too pleased with the company he's forced to keep....
