   This contract guarantees the puppy being sold is pure bred and may be registered with AKC within one year from the issue date of the individual registration application.

   The litter owner can register the puppy with limited registration. A dog registered with a limited registration cannot compete in breed competition in a licensed or member dog show. The dog is eligible, however, to be entered in any other licensed or member event. Offspring of a dog with limited registration cannot be registered with AKC. Buyer agrees to pay all expenses related to limited registration. Limited registration can be revoked and full registration granted if:
   Radiographs of the dog's hips are submitted by owner's veterinarian to OFA for diagnostic evaluation when the dog is two years of age or older and only if said dog's hip conformation is rated excellent, good or fair.

   The dog has been examined by a ACVO board certified Veterinary Ophthalmologist and diagnosed as not having inherited eye problems such as hereditary cataracts or PRA.

   A heart "clearance" is obtained by a ACVIM board certified Veterinary Cardiologist. Seller requires that said dog must be at least one year of age at time of examination

   Buyer agrees to furnish Seller with copies of all documented clearances. And if the dog is free of disqualifying faults as specified in the breed standard for Golden Retrievers. Buyer understands that a fee will be charged to change the registration status

   It is understood that this puppy is not represented as show quality. Seller does not guarantee dog to be free from breed disqualification. Reasonable precautions have been taken to prevent this puppy from acquiring hereditary faults such as hip dysphasia, hereditary cataracts and sub valvular Aortic Stenosis. However, due to unknown hereditary and environmental causes of such faults, no guarantee will be given against them. It is agreed that the dog shall be spayed or neutered or not be bred if it develops any of the following: hip dysplastic, Inherited eye problems or heart conditions.
   The puppy has been examined by a licensed veterinarian and to the best knowledge and belief of the Seller is in sound health and free from communicable diseases at the time of sale. This puppy should be examined by your licensed veterinarian within three days of receipt. Should the puppy be of unsound health after examination by your veterinarian, buyer may return the puppy for a full refund of the purchase price, provided he/she is returned in the same condition as at the time of purchase. Any such claim must be substantiated by a writen report signed by examining veterinarian and made within five days of the sale. This includes death or illness from any health condition deemed present prior to removal from Buyer's premises.
The registered name the Buyer makes up must begin with the Sellers kennel name/prefix

No Guarantees or warranties, express implied, are given by GRACEE'S KENNEL, and all dog's are sold and delivered in as "as is" condition, except as expressly and specifically set forth herein.

The Buyer has read and understands the foregoing, and agrees that all parts and portions thereof constitutes the entire agreement of the parties hereto with respect to the sale herein above mentioned.
