Season 2 Story

Three years have gone by since the digidestined have saved the Digi and Real Worlds. A new enemy has appeared(The Digimon Emperor). He controlles Digimon with black rings he puts on them. The digimon then become his slave and do whatever he orders them to do. The digidestined must team up with a new set of digidestined to save the Digital World. The Emperor has sealed away the power of the digivices with his own black digivice. So a new way to digivolve is here. It is called digi armor evolution. The kids have to hold up the DigiEggs with the crests on them say "DigiArmor Energize" and the digimon digivolve. The digimon can digivolve into one of two things with different armor. Can this new team of digidestined defeat the Evil Emperor.
